I made an appointment to have my brakes done. They did them quickly and were incredibly professional. They didn’t try and upsell me or get me to do anything else on my car. My engine light is even on. They asked if I needed anything else and I mentioned it. He said yeah we figured if you wanted us to look at it you would have asked. LoL perfect. This is my new favorite auto repair. Great little place.

I CANNOT say enough positives about these guys. Great pricing and some of the most honest car guys I’ve ever met. I went in recently for a fuel pump sensor error. Not only did John take the time to call Chevy Tech support to best troubleshoot, before I even got there, but showed me the recommended course of action by Chevy! Cost me $115 out the door. At the same visit I asked to give me an estimate to replace the front rotors and pads. Besides a great estimate, he looked at all 4 wheels, told me the pads had plenty of life on them and only recommended replacement if the rotor shake became too annoying for us. I’ve NEVER experienced service like this before and am so glad they were recommended by a friend. This is the ONLY place I’ll ever take my cars in the future!!!

Asked them to do a check on a use car I was thinking about buying, they told me $20. I thought it would just be an eye test and give me the results and go but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Personally showed me each thing they had noticed and scanned codes too. Thinking they'd say with the extra time they spent it would be $40 or something, I went to pay and they stuck with only $20. Would highly recommend to use them if in Muskegon. Nice guys, better service.
