Everything from the doctors to the facility I give 5 stars! But I’m giving you guys 1 star because why does it take 1 minute and a half for your recording in the beginning to pass? Why does it take so long to get in contact with anybody? Why is it if I know what option I’m picking on the phone if I choose to push that button early you won’t let me transfer but instead I have to wait through your long intro? It honestly makes you not want to call to make a appointment or anything! Nobody have the time to be calling you guys 2-3 times total time on the phone before being connected is 10-15 minutes that’s to 20-45 minutes waiting..ridiculous!
