An incredible space to practice, and the most welcoming group of people! I signed up for a 90 minute Ashtanga class. It was beautiful how seamlessly the 8 limbs of yoga was woven into the practice. I learned so much, and was left feeling lighter. I will definitely be back for workshops and events. I don't live close, but without question worth the commute! Thank you!!

I am rather new to yoga, but I attended my first yoga class at Muskegon Yoga last night and I loved it! The atmosphere was very comfortable and the teacher was wonderful! I will definitely be back! Especially since I woke up feeling so much better today than I have in a long time!

Jonquil's Yin class is an integral part of my week. Originally I attended seeking relief for lower back issues. Little did I know of the mental benefit it also brings to me. Between body and mind healing and Jonquil's expert guidance, it's a win-win situation.

Muskegon yoga is simply an outstanding place! The staff is very knowledgeable and are very accepting to new people. Kristine is very helpful and the instructors are always giving helpful reminders to make the practice your own. As a coach, I appreciate that Muskegon Yoga welcomes in sports teams. My athletes have experienced the benefits of yoga first hand. They talk about their increased flexibility, strength and just how good they feel. Personally, I have been very active all my life. I have never felt as great as I do after doing the hot yoga class. It is very challenging but the rewards outweigh the difficulty. Give them a try!
