I’ve been to many salons in Muskegon, and I have been religiously going to WOW! And I would say it’s hands down the best salon. I don’t think any where else could get better. Gracie , Makenzie, and Brenna are great stylist and are so sweet, along with the rest of there team 🥰 (Gracie is who does my color) BOOK her!

This is the only place that I always leave happy. Everyone is super professional and friendly. The absolute best salon. Laynee has saved my super damaged (box dyed) hair and made it feel healthy. I will never go anywhere else ❤

I currently get my hair done by Jammie Wambaugh, she is absolutely amazing in everything she does! She never fails to put a smile on my face whether if I’m in her chair or not. She is always willing to try different techniques she knows to make sure I love my hair. She is very good at cutting short blunt bobs like mine. She brings out her layering techniques to make sure it lays nicely, especially with me having such thick hair. For years before now I went to Brenna Franczek (formally known as Brenna Jones) and she is just like Jammie in many ways. She was also good at using different techniques to make sure my hair laid nicely. Brenna took me through many different hairstyles from longish hair all the way to my first year of bob haircuts. Brenna has also been the first and only person to color my hair. She did a tremendous job with bringing my dark hair to very gorgeous blonde highlights.

Great cut and super friendly staff. I actually had to move my appointment this time because of a work schedule adjustment and the team worked together to fit me in. Best place in town!

Jamie highlights my hair and it is ALWAYS great. She explains what she does. Doesn’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need. I absolutely love her. I also go every Saturday and have my hair washed by Gracie it is literally heaven!!!!!! I recommend WOW to my friends and coworkers. I feel like they really take the time to know me. It is an amazingly welcoming place.

It is easy to get an appointment the Staff is friendly and helpful. There were no appointments available with my hairdresser, they took a message and fit me in for the next day. I could have had an appointment the some day with someone else but they went the extra mile for me.

I have had a variety of services at Wow Hair And Body Care, and I have NOT been disappointed at any time. The staff is phenomenal, polite, caring, extremely fantastic at what they do. Always willing to fit you in no questions asked, they genuinely care about their clients, scheduling is fast and easy. All stylists are talented in everything they do. If you are like me and love asymmetrical hairstyles, Rachel at WOW is your girl. I’ve been looking for the past five years to find someone who can give me the style I love and am happy to say I found her!! Rachel is awesome at what she does and is very friendly. I will definitely continue to go to her for all my cuts.
