Absolutely awesome service, chainsaw guys were top notch, bought saw from spring lake ace and they were horrible at service and professionalism. Drove 25 miles to get my saw serviced and would drive it over and over just to be around actual service techs. They told me spring lake never registered my saw and misrepresented pretty much all of the information . Helped me get it registered and were so friendly the whole time. Love this store!!!!

They helped me replace my key fob battery super fast! It was really appreciated!

I went it for a few pieces of pvc. I ended up talking to the owner Craig for about a half an hour. Awesome guy who really cares about his customers. I've been in a couple times since and the employees greet me by name and seem to genuinely care about delivering the best customer service possible.

I love my local hardware store they have most everything you need went to get a chainsaw chain they were out of stock but they made one for me at the same price. I didn't take long and it works great

Craig runs a great operation and I have always been in and out with the items I need in a very short time. His small engine repair shop is great also. I have purchased 2 chainsaws and a string trimmer from him so far.

They helped me design a custom strap with handle for my cardio drum and bucket and I am so pleased with how it turned out.

Craig's is the only hardware I shop. They are kind and beyond helpful. I have been able to accomplish many projects thanks to their help. Craig is better than Google 🙂. They also do lawn mowers which is a huge bonus for me. A++++++. My whole family shops there now and they don't even live close because they have been in there with me and keep coming back.

I often go out of my way to not shop at "Do It Best" branded hardware supply shops due to historically astronomical pricing. Today I required some pipe cutting and threading, and their pricing did not disappoint. Not only was the service incredible, but general conversation with older staff was very welcome. Craig's Hardware most certainly has earned my future patronage.

I went here looking for a shower handle. I had a hard time finding the one that I needed. I asked for help and the customer service was incredible. They went out of their way to make sure I had the right one. My pet peeve is customer service and they nailed it. Thank you Craig's Hardware. I would recommend them, anytime, to anybody.
