Brian and his team ROCK! They were able to figure out a complicated electrical problem with my vehicle and adjudicate accordingly. True professionals! Impeccable, courteous service at a very fair price! I highly recommend Midas in Roosevelt Park/Muskegon! If I could give 10 stars, I would do so!

They got me in the same day, as long as I could leave my vehicle overnight. No problem since I needed work done quick and competitor's quoted a week or more out.
Very professional and personable! The mechanic called me to talk about my options and was very clear about what was needed right away and what could safely wait a bit longer, which I appreciated. I think his name was Jacob.

My mom went here and they were very nice. They put all info online according to VIN # so whenever a car is sold to someone else they are able to track repairs done on the car. I think that's a valuable service. Most car repair places dont bother to do that.

I am a first time customer and if/when I need services again, I will definitely be back. I liked the option to schedule online & the quick confirmation I received. Staff was friendly, communicative, and helpful. I was quoted an hour for my services and it only took 40 minutes. The price was fair and the work was well done.

Always friendly & as prompt as they can be. Informed immediately of delay (wrong part delivery). Got my car next day, a little later than desired, but their service is great! Sitting in my car with my nice cool air on right now! Yay!

Made appointment for oil change. No waiting. I was out in less than 30 minutes. Waited in a clean, comfortable waiting room. I've gone to those quickie oil change places and experienced broken dip stick, pressure selling for more expensive services, being told I had an oil leak and told to go to a "specific" repair shop and worst of all had my brake lines contaminated ($1600 repair). This midas is trust worthy. It is woman owned. They treat women well. I have not been appreciated by certain male owned mechanic shops. I have been viewed as someone to take short cuts with and keeping it 100, I have been cheated. Read my other reviews for car maintenance establishments.

There is no other place within a 100-Mile radius where I would be comfortable with someone else caring for my and my wife’s car. I think the biggest challenge for Midas is they do excellent work. If they ever did something good, they may get a complaint because everyone expects excellence.
That is the downside to being one of the best. However, everyone I know has received excellent service from Brian and his staff. I give them a twelve and a half on a scale of one to ten.

I’ve used midas for all of my car needs, oil changes, tire replacements and several, several engine repairs. I haven’t had very good luck with my car but midas has made it manageable. Debbie is always incredibly nice and welcoming! The mechanics are always quick and thorough, being sure to explain every step along the way. I will not take my car anywhere else!!! Highly recommend!!!

Went in for an oil change and had them take a look at my car. Needed a sensor replaced. Corey did a fantastic job! I was in there for a couple of hours but well worth it!

From the moment I called them to find out how much they charge to the time I left after getting my Honda CRV service taken car of. I received nothing but perfect customer service. From what I can tell they did everything I requested. Very happy with them

The team at my local Midas is wonderful. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. They are willing to take the time to answer any questions that I have (and there are usually a lot). They also provide service that is second to NONE at an affordable price. I have been taken advantage of by other "less reputable" service shops in the past. I know that I never have to fear that from these PROFESSIONALS! I will take my vehicles to no other place. If you (the workers there) ever read this Thank You for all you do. Not just for myself but for all of the people that stop in!

Wheel bearing replacement and oil chg. Took 2 hours to drop off and get my car back. Been going to Brian for 30+ years. They are top notch!!

Everyone was super nice and friendly. They got me in and out in under 3 hrs replacing brakes , rotors, and wheel bearings and my ABS on my Cadillac CTS. No appointment and very very happy with the results and advice.

Midas had a sale that my usual tire dealer couldn't touch and wouldn't match. My HD truck looks great and drove smooth down the road from the moment it left the shop. Friendly people too. Would highly recommend.

The team here was great. They were back to back with appointments when I rolled up with a flashing engine light and still managed to fit me in. I didn't even mind the wait because I was grateful to be seen at all. Thank you guys for taking time for me today and for your wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable and fast technicians. Brian was great on working with me on a very expensive repair recently so I could afford it (easier). I have taken my vehicles here over the years and I've always been satisfied with the service. (And with getting my car back the same day!)

Had 2 cars shut down on me within 4 hours of each other. Had them towed here and they were fixed by early afternoon. Friendly staff, great workers and decent pricing. 10 out of 10 would recommend again!

Always trustworthy. Have to book in advance due to lack of good mechanic in the area but Worth It. Oil changes are the cheapest for full synthetic vs instant express oil change but you have to book It in advance and takes longer. So depends on your schedule

Good experience. I went in with what I thought was a need for front brake pads and possibly rotors (due to the awful sound it was making). I was served very quickly, and the technician told me that I didn't need service, explained the noise (took me to the vehicle on the hoist and demonstrated), and, at my request, rotated my tires without extra charge. They charged me $25, which think was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys for brake (or other) service any time. Very honest.

Very quick diagnosis and got fixed the same day everyone was friendly and the guy that worked on my vehicle seemed very experienced
