Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Service ok, except, the busboy stopped and to take our empty plates and he took two of our drink cups that were full. We were talking, so we didn't catch it right away. It was a little wait for our waitress to come back, but then she gladly replaced the drinks. Waitress was good except we always had to wait a little longer then usual to catch our waitress. But the food was delicious and fairly priced.

Our server was the nicest young lady! She was very patient with my boys and made sure we were satisfied. Then the cashier was so personable. I felt like we were old chums. They really made us feel at home!

Our server Emily was absolutely amazing, refills were fast, and she was hilarious. Definitely coming back to ask for her! Food was very hot and fresh, 10/10 experience.

Amazing food and friendly service! The gift shop is also nice. Can't say enough good things.

Our waitress was awesome! The food was great and we loved the very friendly atmosphere. The cashier was one of thee friendliest ones I've had in a very long time and took the time to sign me up for your rewards program too!!

A great place to relax and met up with family and friends. Great food with reasonable prices, spend less than $25.00 for two people. love the vegetable platter. The gift shop has a lot of unique gifts and candy and just anything you're looking for. Uniquely made is there. I love the place and I'm always happy to be a cracker barrel

Everything is good, but you gotta do this man. Your parking lot needs to be repaired so people can park their car no problem thank you.

The French Toast Bake was a little on the small side and I didn't care much for the sausage.

All of the staff was Super friendly, our waitress Tori was so sweet!! We had the hashbrown casserole with biscuits! 😋😋😋 It sure hit the spot! We left with full and happy tummies! 😊 We will definitely be back...when we're in Michigan again!!
Got my granddaughter the cutest little dress from the gift shop.

Came in for a late dinner, and both food and service were great. There was a little delay in getting seated, but that was due (i think) only to us arriving late when the dining room was being cleaned.

The staff was very friendly. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The food was very good and the portions were great!!

Great food, I reccomend their hashbrown tater tot bites they melt in your mouth and are so good!

The peach tea and wild berry tea is great we took a few half gallons home.

Emily took great care of us. The food( chicken and meatloaf were really good. The nice part we got right in. Sometimes it is so busy we think they need another Cracker Barrel in the Grand Rapids area. Thanks to your staff for taking care of us.

After being hugely disappointment when we were there during Thanksgiving. I drove with a pretty large party in a limousine for a 16 birthday about 14 guests in 2 tables. Apparently my other guests had had the waitress before. She said she doesn't normally work evenings, so we were really glad to have her. She was extremely attentive. Food was good hot and flavorful.

I mean… it’s Cracker Barrel. It’s the same everywhere… which is oddly comforting.
It’s always delicious and a good value for your dollar. We have always liked everything with only one exception. The newly added steak tips. They have that “weird” texture.

Had the catfish....pretty good...veggies were delicious...corn muffins with butter and apple butter yummy...great family place...cool stuff to look at

I always enjoy dining at Cracker Barrel. I have never had a bad meal there. Yesterday I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries, a side salad with ranch, and coffee. The coffee is always fresh-brewed and piping hot. The salad with housemade ranch dressing was fresh. Best bacon cheeseburger I have had in a long time! I think the Colby cheese they melt on the burger makes all the difference! My waitress was very friendly! And who doesn't like to shop while waiting to be seated! Thank you, Cracker Barrel.

Who doesn't love cracker barrel. It's like a nursing home with awesome food, hidden behind a neat little gift shop. Kids loved it. Chicken fried steak was amazing

Our waitress was wonderful! I would have liked it better if the toast had been buttered before being delivered to our table. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. You have an awesome staff!
