We had a difficult diagnosis to be done on one of our 16 vehicles. If we could give extra credit stars we would. They were able to find the intermittent problem, fix that, and fixed more. The price was more than fair and they communicated every step. With experience having 16 vehicles to take care of we highly suggest using Scotty. Thank you for the repair!

Scott does a great job figuring out vehicle troubles. He is honest and dependable. It is comforting for me to know that I can send my youngest daughter to him and know that he is not going to charge her for unnecessary work.

Several brake warning lights were lit up on the dash on my 2006 Toyota Avalon. Brakes worked fine. Of course, cruise control would not engage. Had a very bad experience at a Toyota dealer in Arlington, Virginia. Charged $1,800 and fixed nothing. A friend told me to go to Scotty's. We did and he expertly identified the problem and fixed it for about 1/4 of the dealer's "nonfix". Go to Scotty's . . .

Scotty's is a trustworthy place to get your vehicle serviced at a fair price. They always check with you and give pricing before doing the repair. I like how they suggest the repairs that should be done today and the ones that can wait. I just had three vehicles serviced in three days with each vehicle getting just what it needed.

I had my 14 Silverado to 2 different mechanics in the area and I received an incorrect diagnosis both times, (which I knew was wrong). I took it to Scottys and he figured it out on the first try. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and it was done before I got out of work. An additional mechanic in the area also recommended to me that I go to Scotty's, I think that says all you need to know about the quality of work and knowledge of vehicle maintenance that they have at Scotty's. I will be back!

I have been going to Scotty's for several years and I have always been happy with their work. As an example, I had a transmission diagnosed as faulty on my Wrangler by the dealership, which I took to Scotty for a second opinion. He was able to perform diagnostics and be very flexible in troubleshooting an intermittent issue. In the end, the issue was found (by Scotty) to be a control board in the engine, not the transmission. This saved me thousands of dollars, and it has been working fine for the last two years. I have had many good experiences with several different cars, and I would highly recommend them. Nice new location too!

Scotty and his team are all very easy to work and always do their best to satisfy all our needs. Scotty never settles for half a job and this is why he is great at what he does. It's a pleasure to work with him and I highly recommend this shop for all your auto repair needs as well!

Was referred to Scotty's from another very good shop. My issue, intermittent electrical issue. Anna worked me in, Scotty went above and beyond, diagnosed the issue correctly, followed-up well with phone calls, presented good options, good discussion. Car is running well - Happy New Year! Scotty's was able to replace a faulty PCM in my 2009 Ford Flex. They did a great job. Was told it took some persistence and effort.

As a woman and small business owner with 3 company vehicles, I'm very uncomfortable taking my vehicle to dealerships and mechanics because of the way I am talked to or the unneeded services that are pushed upon me. I typically leave frustrated or feeling taken advantage of. I have none of that when I work with Scotty. He is honest, hard working and gives me my options. He'll give his recommendation but also ways that might include a cheaper alternative and the pros and cons of that. I also appreciate his flexibility to fit my vehicle into his schedule when we've had an emergency and needed to get it fixed and back on the road quickly. If you don't have a trusted mechanic, check this place out.

Scotty is a genius when it comes to diagnosing a problem with your vehicle. He has all the equipment to fix about any problem your car may have. The thing I like best about scotty is that he will choose to fix the part instead of immediately replacing it.

They have always been helpful and fixed what I need on my cars when it is above what I am capable of. They fixed the remotes on several of may cars for a reasonable price and very fast! I recommend this shop and their staff!

Had them program a couple of key for my Dodge Ram. I'm a ASE master with 20yrs of experience from cars to heavy trucks and equipment and can tell say that Scotty's will be around for a long time.

He does good work. He rebuilt a motor and transmission for me. Was very satisfied.
