The people here were incredibly kind and informative, they were patient and took their time on the phone and made sure I understood the repairs my car required and the ones I could wait on to save some money. Of the auto repair locations I have visited, Northuis Auto has been the most fair in price, transparent and thorough in their work, and deliver quality customer service. The shop has my vote of confidence.

It’s always a very eerie feeling when you go to a mechanic for the first time. So many people are dishonest when it comes to the cost of parts and the labor it actually takes to fix issues. But from the moment I walked into the moment, I got my vehicle back, Northuis Auto Care was hands down the best first time experience I’ve ever had. Their staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They were right on time with the estimates that they gave and if they weren’t they communicated it. The most impressive part was How thorough they were about my vehicles inspection, which was complementary. They send videos, pictures, a graph, and make it super simple for you to understand exactly what they see. They did the opposite of everything you hear in the horror stories about repair shops. I will not hesitate to send everyone I know here. Thank you again! A new loyal customer….who hopefully won’t need to see you guys often though I really like ya lol.

My car needed attention during the week between Christmas and New Year's Day, and I was concerned about being able to get it in during the holidays, especially since I had a trip planned for Friday. Northuis got it in within a day of my call and had it diagnosed and fixed that same day. Great service, and I will definitely use them again.

Problems with my vehicle were identified quickly. After they called to share their finding the repairs were performed faster than I expected. As in the next day it was done. Work was done well, so my power steering leak was fixed.

Northhuis has been nothing short of great to us. Our van has needed a lot of attention in it's old age and they've always taken care of it. Highly recommend anyone to take your vehicle here for any type of service.

This team goes above and beyond to make sure you are cared for and set while your car is in the shop. They also make sure you are 100 percent satisfied with your results and check in often. I greatly appreciate the work and staff!!

LOVE this place!! Everyone is so kind and actually cares about you and your vehicle! They do an inspection of your vehicle whenever you bring it in and send you a copy of the detailed report! The reports are so helpful and easy to read, especially for someone like me who has no knowledge of vehicles. They take the time to explain things I don’t understand and never try to sell me things my car doesn’t actually need. Overall they’re just great honest people and I couldn’t be happier that I found Northuis Auto!

Absolutely a pleasure to work with!! Our vehicles are all used daily for business, when one breaks down it can be very disruptive to our schedule. They are always very responsive, and quick with the repairs!

Northuis Auto was absolutely fantastic! Not only did they work with my warranty company to complete the repair seamlessly, they worked with me to allow me to take my truck after diagnostics were completed to still go on our family vacation (it was only the A/C). They also provided me with a thorough inspection on the vehicle at no charge, along with cost estimates to have the work completed! Another shop told me that the repair that was needed would take a week at least, Northuis' team had it done in 2 days 🤯! I would definitely recommend their services to any and all that need auto repair done quickly and efficiently!

Northuis was able to remove all of the sparkplugs, that another autoshop could not. My car is purring like it did when I first bought it. Prompt, friendly service. Efficient mechanics, we will be back!

Friendly, reliable & overall great service! This was our second time using Northuis Auto and once again we were happy customers. As a mom with young kids who is need to cart around I really appreciate their ability to get me in for service in a reasonable time and they can provide a loaner when needed. We will continue to use them for our future needs.

Full radiator replacement with very courteous and professional service. I traveled from St. Louis and was in town for 4 days of meetings. My car indicated a serious overheating warning. I called numerous local repair places, but none had time for diagnosis or repair in the 4 day window -- except Northuis. They found time for a diagnosis (hole in the radiatior), provided a quote for obtaining the needed parts including overnight shipping of a radiator, worked with my warranty to confirm it was a covered repair, and finished the full radiator replacement in time for me to head back to St. Louis. I have had no further problem with the coolant system.

Great first experience with Northuis Auto. We had 2 cars with no air conditioning. They were able to get both cars in within a few days and stagger the scheduling so we were never without both cars. We appreciate the great work done by great technicians.
