Boeve Properties was so helpful in my experience with them. Caleb Henderson was such a help in the whole process. He was super compassionate in understanding all my needs, would reply in a moments notice at nearly any time of the day, and had an answer to every question that I presented him with. He was definitely watching out for our best interest and fitted a unique buying plan within our budget and location at the time. I could not recommend Caleb Henderson enough as he was such a help and made the otherwise stressful experience a joyful one.

We didn't find Boeve Properties, they found us!! From the first person we talked to, Lauren, to everyone else that we talked to, Howie, Shelby and Bryan, they were all awesome and kept us in the loop and kept in constant contact!! Howie sold our house in one week and that to me is phenomenal!! Howie is one amazing negotiator and he knew just what we had to work with and didn't stray at all from that. Lauren got the whole ball rolling and without her contacting me, none of this would have happened!! Shelby is another phenomenal person! When she says she will get something done, she is on top of it and it gets done!! She is awesome at her job and this made me feel so well taken care of!! She is one amazing person!! Bryan is another amazing person as well!! He helped us find our dream home!! He had to put up with my two crazy kids, which he gave nicknames to and they absolutely love them!! He even included the kids in the process of looking at the houses we saw. We will be forever grateful to Boeve Properties for helping us to sell our house fast and also finding our new dream home just as fast!!

Caleb Henderson was a wonderful realtor! He was mentored by Howie who has made it a priority in all of the realtors that work for him to have their clients first and foremost a priority. The Caleb maintained constant communication during our home buying process which is very helpful when you are nervous/excited about potentially owning a house. My favorite part of working with Caleb was during the buying negotiations where he and Howie fought for us to get EXACTLY the criteria we needed from the sellers in order to purchase a home. Phil was excellent in helping us find our first home. He is very responsive and cares for all of his clients. It didn't matter what time of the night we called or texted him, he always was quick to reply and put our needs first.
