Fantastic service! Web features are awesome. Online orders usually faster than fast food lines!

I have had several times that I place an order online for pick up, then start driving directly to the store. I usually get a text message that my order is ready before I even get across town to the store. Most orders are ready in about 30 minutes or less~! I'm sure not all the time - but that has been my experience at least a dozen times.

For example: If I need a part for my lawn mower I look it up on their site while I'm home so that I can double check my mower information and then I know if it is in stock. Once I have it found on the website I just place an order for pickup. Then the employees, who know their way around the store way better than I do, find it and bring it up front. When I get to the store I get to just do the fun parts of shopping like checking out the garden center, or looking at window coverings etc. Those items I want to see for myself in person I enjoy browsing, but the employees save me so much walking around and searching for specific parts I need by just placing that part online. When I'm ready to check out I swing by customer service and pick up my order and I'm done way faster than if I had to search the store for parts.

They have genuinely used their web services to improve the shopping experience and add value for me and save my time. Impressive.

I love it. I absolutely wish more retail stores had this great of service.

I worked with a gentleman by the name of Jager B. to get keys made for work. He was very kind, efficient, and made sure keys matched to their original counterpart. Excellent customer service

Came in looking for paint, asked an employee for assistance and someone came over right away they were very knowledgeable and helped me quickly. I don’t remember their names but appreciated the speedy service.

I get lost in big hardware stores, so I love the pick up option at Home Depot. The lockers are right inside the front doors and all you need to do is a quick scan to pop open the locker containing your items. We've used this option several times now and it's always been quick and easy. I choose Home Depot first when searching for hardware items just for the ease in grabbing items quickly while I'm out running errands. On the off chance I've had to check in at the service desk, I've always been greeted by friendly and helpful staff.

Stopped here to pick up a trim board for our garage door because we needed 2 boards and Menards only had one left. The one we needed was in stock and they had plenty to choose from. Similar in price to Menards also and less busy which was nice for a change.

Great service. Robin at the contractors desk makes your experience enjoyable while your there. She also taught me you can put hard warmers in a zip lock bag and deactivate them until you want to use them again! That's next level stuff!!!

Man mall look for deals on line you will find hidden deals online you won't find in the stores.

Amazing!! Every employee that I encountered was so helpful and friendly!! I bought solar salt and can’t lift over 15 pounds due back surgery, they were so kind and loaded the salt into my suv for me!

The service here is very good. Employees have great attitudes and are knowledgeable. More often than not when I need assistance, before I've gone looking for help an employee has shown up and offered assistance. What a refreshing change from similar stores. Lumber is cut to your size also and that is so helpful!

I ordered a sheet of polycarbonate and got free shipping to the local store.

I went in on Wednesday, june 16 to place a fairly large order of a lot of random supplies for a remodel. I started with checking on carpet prices. That's where I met Andrea. She took charge right away and helped me with everything I needed. From the product to the payment. I needed some items pulled so I could pick everything up the next day with my trailer. She made sure everything was on carts and tagged so I could get in and out quick when I came back. She said she was working at 11 the next day so I made a point to come after that so she could help make sure there were no problems. Very smooth transaction. Andrea's customer service skills are 2nd to none in my opinion.

Your young man his name was Sam helped us load grill we bought. It was larger than we thought. He patiently tried every way to make work . We got it . He was exceedingly patient. He did great..

I confess: I didn't want to like The Home Depot, but they won me over with their huge selection of stock (I can always get what I need), and their friendly, helpful staff. These folks are determined to help you walk out with what you want. They've helped me map out what I need for a project, find the right light bulb, tool or hardware, even helped me pick out paint colors! My favorite thing, though is the garden center. No matter what I need: dirt, gardening tools or gloves, a new hose or LOTS of lush, healthy plants, I can get it all here!

Great people work here. They help so much at the pro desk. Always give great delivery rates. And anytime we don't like something they fix it for us.

We love home Depot! We comparison shop and usually they can beat the price of other stores for the same quality. I can find items there that I don't find in other stores. 8.5 out of 10 times, home Depot ends up getting our money over other stores.

I needed help choosing a gray paint. The young people working today were very helpful and knew which shades to go with, that wouldn't end up looking blue or green. I think I found my paint!! Thanks to the workers!
