Rosewood Park

We wanted to try a different park, and Rosewood did not disappoint. I love that the ground is turf grass so there's no wood chips or mud to worry about. There's also fencing so containing multiple kiddos is much easier. The equipment is well maintained and so much fun! There's a covered picnic shelter and picnic tables with grills scattered around. Plenty of trees for shade, and benches with trash cans next to them. We can't wait to try the splash pad this summer

The surrounding turf is all very padded. There are also black pads placed throughout the park. There is a tall structure and a medium structure for different skill groups. There's also a wheelchair ramp to the medium one. The splash pad is very nice. It runs when the button gets pushed. Everything was very clean and well thought out. Today I came with a one, six and eight-year-old. They all loved it. There was plenty of parking available as well.

Love sledding here in the winter time just as much the park and splashpad during the summer! So great to have open restroom facilities right next to everything too!

Clean bathrooms, great playgrounds, decent splash pad

Sort've a dreary day....but such a lovely park with a splash pad. Definitely would recommend for all age groups! Everyone should come out 8/12/23 for Slip & Slide 2023!!!

Nice area playground with fenced in boundaries. Splash pad, swings, slides, frisbee golf, restrooms, and more. Soft, padded ground in the play areas help keep kids safe. This park makes for a nice place to have a family picnic.

There is a new improvement to this park every year, it seems. We LOVE it here! There’s so much to do! There’s disc golf, a HUGE hill for the kids to run down, a soccer field, 2 amazing play structures, and a splash pad!

My 2 grands love the park. Kids, parents, grandparents all hang out in a great space w swings, slides big and small, rocking turtles and dinosaurs, restrooms, and splash pads/water critters in the summer time.

Great local park. There are great toys for the kids, fantastic winter sledding, it offers frisbee golf, a pavilion, music in the park during the summer months and more offerings throughout the year. I've always known it as Charlie's Dump.

Great park, clean, usually lots of kids to play with. We have not been during the days the splash pad is open.

Fantastic park! Great play structures and a small splash pad. Semi fenced in with VERY plush artificial grass around play structures.

I visited a park with my little cousin last weekend and we had a great time. The park had a water park area with slides, fountains and pools that my cousin enjoyed a lot. The park also had a chill community vibe, with people playing games, having picnics and listening to music. The park was clean, well-maintained and spacious. I liked the variety of activities and facilities that the park offered. I would recommend this park to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day out with family or friends.

Very open and clean. Playground equipment is surrounded by foamy turf, vs peastone, woodchips, etc at other playgrounds. Splashpad area is small but my 1 year old was busy for hours. The giant slide and various slides on the way up are NOT in the water area (and the big slide was blocked off due to a crack part way down the tube when we were there). Lots of sun, not much shade. Bathrooms are central and clean and tons of grass and a giant hill for just running or rolling around. 👍

Needed a little more maybe another gazebo. These summer days are very very hot.

We love rosewood. The park is really nice and across the parking lot is a soccer field/sledding hill in the winter.

Brand new fake grass was used to replace the old spongey material that had started to come up in places. They take great care of the park and it is a great place to stop and play!

My grandson absolutely loves this park. The slides and water pad are his favorite. Always lots of kids to play with. Maintenance does a great job with fixing the playground equipment. Bathrooms are very clean and plenty of picinic tables to sit and enjoy the day.

Fun park to take my grandson to. The first time we went, the playground was closed, but when we went back another day, it was open. He had a blast both times. I love that there are so many tables and benches, some in the sun and some in the shade. The bathroom is clean. They're in the process of putting new "turf" on the smaller kids' playground (it's the reason the bigger kids' playground was closed). The new turf is very cushy, which is nice when kids fall.

Went sliding at Charlie's Dump. Then to the playground. Wind-chill was 5° but my grands had a great time. Very well maintained, parking was plowed and salted. Well done!!!
