The Warren Cafe

Met Kevin and Rachel at the Old Miami one night and they were just a really nice couple with great energy. I had no idea they owned this soon to be Gem in the city/Detroit. Relaxed and welcoming just like they are with top notch cocktail concoctions made with consistent attention to detail. Live entertainment with a DJ and Karaoke Host who made sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Then to complete their recipe for success there is a Sushi Chef preparing hot dishes, Sushi, or combinations including Tempura Shrimp. I will be back on another day or night however Thursday night has the perfect trio. Check it out for yourself and I may buy a round of drinks, Cheers

Went to get one drink to close out my boyfriend’s birthday on a Sunday night and Kevin, the co owner and bartender, made us feel at home! As well as the other people that were there having their drinks. They just opened in January. Great bar. Great talk. Get drinks. And happens to be BLACK OWNED 😍

Love this place, great music, great drinks, great people, what more could you ask for (well, maybe a pool table?). Owner is always really funny and kind. It's the place to be.

If I'm not here at some point on the weekend, I must be outta town cause I LOVE WARREN CAFE. Excellent drinks, retro decor, and a beautiful long bar that goes on and on. They have tables on the side but you want that bar. Why's that? So you can chat it up with the real reason this bar is such a gem: the staff! Super nice people that keep me coming back.

If you’re on the east side , you have to stop at this great establishment. It’s a whole vibe. The refreshing drinks made by the coolest artist behind the bar make you want to come back for more. The music just compliments the experience. Great bar to enjoy the company of conversation.

What a welcome addition to the east side! Bonus it's in walking distance from my home, I'd go out of my way for this place even if it was downtown. Awesome vintage interior, dim lighting, great music, and a handful of excellent specialty cocktails. A true example of keeping it simple, but doing it very well. My only complaint is they're only open for the weekends right now...but I'll keep patronizing and spreading the good word until they're able to stay open more! :)

Stopped in for a quick drink and it was amazing! The atmosphere is super retro and relaxed. The dim lighting and 70’s era vibe is very intimate and makes me want to go back all the time! New #1 favorite local bar!

Bartenders Kevin and Rachel always make me feel like I’m in Cheers. They make some mean drinks too. The vibe is classy but still casual. Perfect for late night sipping.

Such a great addition to the Warren corridor. An amazing neighborhood bar where you can drink a shot and a beer or get a delicious cocktail without any pretense. One of my new favorite bars!
