Christine Peters is very personable and efficient. She follows up and takes care of issues in a timely fashion. I’m very comfortable getting in touch with her when I have an insurance issue or question. She is by far the best insurance agent I have ever had in 45 years.

We recently purchased personal insurance policies through Vizance and worked exclusively with Christine Peters. Christine ran multiple quotes for our Auto, Home, Umbrella and RV to ensure we were getting the best price with the most appropriate coverages for each policy. She patiently researched and answered all of our coverage questions in a timely matter and was a pleasure to work with.

Michelle Baumler helped me obtain renter's insurance. She made the process super easy and helped me out when I sent her the wrong address. Easily the best experience I've had.

Claire did a wonderful job working with me. I had been under my family's policy until ownership of my car's title was put in my name. She did everything possible for me, even though I was incredibly difficult to get ahold of. I worked in some very remote areas without service during the day for several weeks. Her patience dealing with my schedule was above and beyond. She found me a great policy that was affordable, and made ending the policy when I moved out of state very easy. If I ever move back to Wisconsin, I would return to her in a heartbeat!

Michelle was prompt with responses. She ended up working to bundle our insurance and getting us a great rate. She was always available via email or phone call and answered all questions we had. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

I contacted Sharon shortly after a hailstorm went through our area to see what I needed to do to have our roof checked. After a few weeks passed, Sharon contacted me to follow up whether we had contacted a contractor to look at our roof. We had but hadn't heard back from the contractor. I was so pleased with her customer service!
