What a great experience! I got a new vehicle, switched to get my insurance with AmFam's agent Seth Guetter (amazing guy), and somehow my premium was much cheaper than my old agency insurance on an old hunk of junk car! Amazing!

Everytime I have needed anything, like quotes for a house at 10pm on a sunday, coverage requests on a saturday night on memorial week, or just basic questions, they have always gotten back to me extremely quickly. I've had to file two claims with them and the process has been very easy. Special shout out to Kaylee as she has been the main associate I have dealt with, but the others have been very helpful as well!

I had seen a flyer in the mail, and I had been wanting to change insurance companies so I thought I would email them and give them a try. The response was AMAZING!!! Seth had emailed me back, and provided quotes within 24 hours. A couple of more emails, we set up a day to complete my insurance transaction. Seth was very punctual, and professional. During our call he had covered our policy information, was willing to wait while I confirmed our policy electronically and advised to complete auto pay on the website. I would highly recommend letting Seth or any of the agents here provide you with a quote. If you are anything like me and are constantly on the move, don't have a lot of time and everything is easier through electronic communication again, I would highly recommend reaching out to them via email or phone. Also this beats the fact of trying to enter your information online and then it gives you a suggestion on which insurance company may be right for you.

A recent hail storm led us to contact our agent, Eduardo, to inquire about getting an adjuster to inspect our home for any damage. Within hours, a claim was filed and an appointment was scheduled for the inspection, which was completed the very next day. Later that day, the adjuster processed the claim based on the damage, and a payment was forwarded immediately.
We were impressed by the quick response, professionalism, and team effort put forth on our behalf!

Love love love these guys. Jewison and associates are my favorite American Family Insurance franchise. I've had many wonderful experiences with them, before and after the switch from Janzen to Jewison. Most recently I made a claim, heard from the adjuster the next day, and had someone scheduled to appraise the damages for the next week. I forgot the guy was coming and even though I didn't answer when he called, he was waiting for me upon my arrival home. He graciously waited for me to exit the car before approaching and was very pleasant and professional. After writing down my mileage he gave me back the keys, I left the car unlocked and went back inside. After 15 minutes I remembered I needed to lock the car. I went back outside, he was gone, but had locked my car for me!! What a nice and conscientious thing to do! I'm so very pleased by this experience. But what was I expecting? These guys are as professional and knowledgeable as you will find anywhere! I would go with them over anyone else for car insurance!
