We just finished our second project with KBM and it absolutely went as smoothly as the first! Even though this was a much smaller project, Jake worked tirelessly to ensure he suggested the right products and finishes. Jake's knowledge of KBM's vendors is second to none. We received timely communication and updates about when our items were ordered and expected to arrive. Ruth even stepped in a Saturday to help us with a bit of design work! The entire team at KBM goes above and beyond -- we're so lucky to have such a wonderful business in our community. We hope to work with them again -- Thank you, Jake!!

I recently moved to Mankato and wanted to have a kitchen remodel. Not sure where to go, I saw KBM add on the internet and decided to call them. I met up with Luke Carlson who assisted me in asking what work I wanted to do. I informed Luke that I wanted a whole Kitchen remodel and also flooring throughout the home. Luke sat down with me and my wife and he took into account what we were looking for and we went to the home and conducted measurements, which we used to computer model what the Kitchen possibilities could look like. We ended up choosing a full remodel, but we were concerned with time frames on completion with contractors. It's then and there that KBM has all contractors needed to do the full job with the whole home restoration. Once we began, everything was taken care of professionally by there contractors who ket me informed every step of the way. I was always informed of the progress of the home. The contractors needed were electrical, plumbing, construction. We were very pleased on how fast and professional our project went.
I would highly encourage anyone looking for great work to be done use Kitchen Bath's & More. They are willing to sit down with you and complete your project with the budget that you have in mind. They are very responsive to your needs, and also provide assistance with idea's to make your project even better than you can imagine. This business met my every expectation. The project is just beautiful. Everyone at the business is very friendly and I had no problems with anything on my major project. They kept me up to speed on all things with my project. I didn't have any issues with the communication.
If you're conducting a home remodel I would use KBM. Any future projects or people needing recommendations, I would highly recommend this company, due to the great products, professional service, friendly staff, great contracts, great communication, great project estimations and staying on projected estimates. They exceeded all expectations.

We just did a pretty big remodel on our bathroom. We used the Onyx product for a whole new walk in shower and for our vanity top. There are so many beautiful colors to choose from and so many different ways that you can customize your shower. Jake and team were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had an issue with the vanity top so I contacted KBM and once I communicated with the team, they jumped into action and resolved the issue as quickly as they could. We are extremely happy with our new shower and vanity. I would definitely recommend KBM and their products.

Jake and the crew helped us pick out some new flooring and countertops for our house. I asked about cabinets and was told my cabinets were great and didn't need to be replaced. It is refreshing to work with an honest company!

Kitchen Baths & More were great to work with during the design process. While we weren't able to move forward on purchasing cabinets for personal reasons, we didn't want to miss the chance to recommend this cabinet (and Ruth!) as they were knowledgable, quick to respond, and nice to work with.

We reached out to this company to get more information on Merillat cabinets. We used there website to get some ideas then emailed them. They reached out to us first thing the next morning. Luke was very helpful on the phone so we decided to stop by there location on our way up to Minneapolis. The staff was very professional. Luke was very helpful in helping us decide what our kitchen will look like in the future.
