Pangea Cafe

Our first time at Pangea, bustling Saturday morning brunch. Basically immediate seating, we were seated on the second level with a great view of the first floor and kitchen. We had the kitchen sink (everything omelette), turkey tomato Benedict, and 3-2-1 basic breakfast. Pancakes were delicious and the mimosas too!

What a great place to eat. Our waitress was super nice. The food was FANTASTIC. I had the Campfire Waffle. It tasted like a big gooey s'mores sandwich. Sooo good! My husband had the sausage Eggs Benedict. He said it was one of the best he's eaten in a long time. Our toddler enjoyed her scrambled eggs and pancake slices. We will definitely be back!

Amazing food in a cute town! We were visiting the area and stopped here for brunch and wow were we impressed. We love a good a Benedict and their Hollandaise was just the right combination of creamy and tart. I was also jealous of how perfectly they poached my eggs too. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. We’d come eat here again when we’re in this area.

Pangea is simply THE BEST. Everything I have gotten on their menu is phenomenal, but my go to is the loaded potato skillet! The service is wonderful and the staff is always so kind. :)

My first time here last week. I'm still dreaming about the Crab Eggs Benedict. It has its hooks in me and I suspect I'll be headed back soon. Totally worth the 30 drive. Don't forget to pair that with the Champagne Mule. Friendly service and small town atmosphere. DELICIOUS!

The Shrimp Tacos and the Salmon Benedict were amazing & very tasty!!! My Mom ordered the Sake Bloody Mary and loved it as well. Our male server “Whiskey” was very friendly too. Definitely recommend this place with 5 stars.

This is my new favorite cafe. I had the Crab Benedict and it was the BEST EVER, I hope they never take it off the menu because I'll be driving back to Waconia way more often now. Atmosphere was so cool too, and staff was really friendly and down to earth.

A fantastic little diner. Had a wonderful ham and cheese omelette. Great service. Fun atmosphere. Strong recommend.

Excellent breakfast food. Friendly fast service. This place has the best corned beef and hash I've had anywhere between Portland and Philly!
They also catered our wedding and did an excellent job. The most common comment from guests was that the food and service was really classy.

Pangea is a great breakfast or lunch spot! One of our favorites in Waconia. They have a large menus and serve breakfast all day. We love the braised short rib gnocchi breakfast skillet. For lunch our favorite is the Ruben. The salad and soups are terrific too, especially the chicken wild rice soup. For lunch we like to order it to go and enjoy at home.

Picked up breakfast this morning. Exceptional! Full of flavor, hot and ready when we arrived! Large portions, crispy bacon, very impressed!!!

Had a great breakfast on a busy Saturday. Even with a very full restaurant the food came out in a timely manner. Coffee was really good. Food was even better. Will be back again to try more of their food!

This was a fabulous stop for breakfast! Awesome service. Excellent food. I had eggs benedict and my hubby had steak and eggs and everything was cooked to perfection. Reasonable prices too.

I love Pangea. I wish it were closer so I could go every weekend. Their prices are great and food is top quality. Worth the drive if you live further away. Staff are warm and hospitable. Mimosas are good but beware, they aren't cheap at all.

Delicious food, great service and nice environment! Everytime we go I seem to discover another delicious menu item! Breakfast and lunch are both fantastic!!

My dad and I went at around 8am on a Sunday and we were able to get a table upon arrival. I ordered the kitchen sink omelet and he ordered a fiesta skillet; all very delicious and we had no complaints. Our server was also very friendly. Come with an empty belly and be prepared for large portions! I didn’t mind the large portions, but we defiantly took home a couple of to-go boxes 😅 Will be coming back, especially during that time of day since it starts to pick up from 10 am till close.

Well worth the wait! The WORLDS BEST eggs Benedict.! The strawberry rhubarb bread putting French Toast was a hit with my wife!

Omg!!! I had the bisquits and sausage gravy. It was the best I've ever had. Yummm Ottos in galena is a close 2nd but I am sooo happy to have Pangea nearby. We live in Burnsville,so this is a bit of a drive, but a beautiful drive at that. It was a huge portion but heated up very well the next morning. 👌
