Staff were welcoming. The pet caregiver listened well and was loving toward my dog. She spent time consulting online information services about my dog’s skin condition and examined the flaking skin under a microscope to ensure that there were no bacteria or other signs of infection. We agreed on a treatment plan with a schedule for following up to reassess the status. I appreciated the depth of information she provided and her patience in answermy questions.

I love Shorewood animal hospital. They are always so accommodating. They go out of there way to help your pet if he/she needs to be seen. I drive a half hr just to take my pets here. I love the staff here. Everyone is so compassionate

We would drive 2 hours to see Dr. Joyce for all our vet needs!!! He did an excellent job operating on one of dogs 2 years ago. And he and the entire staff are so kind and caring. We are so grateful for this vet!

Dr. Joyce is a dream. Our Great Danes are totally different but he deals with them so well.

Had to take one of our dogs in for an ear infection when we couldn't get in to see our usual vet. They got us in, and our dog is already on the mend. Nice staff. Convenient location. Competent vets. All good. Will be back.

Great experience. They were able to see us same day; listened to all my concerns, did not rush us and provided us with necessary meds before we left. My dog received excellent care.

This was a routine nail trim. The procedure was quickly and efficiently completed. Chris is so kind and gentle with Buddy, plus so helpful and knowledgable in cat care.

I've been taking my dog Fenrir here for his entire life. The whole staff is very professional and polite. Dr Rosene, Dr Jung, and Dr Barnewitz have all been very straightforward and caring. They treat Fenrir as if he was their own. I can't recommend them enough

We take our two dogs here regularly. They also helped our female dog through a pregnancy and provided care for the puppies as well. They have always been friendly and courteous, but most importantly great at what they do: helping animals. Cannot recommend enough.

Just moving here over the summer, I needed to find a safe place for my two cats. Unfortunately, my cat, shown below, has an eye issue and I had to take him in.

I instantly felt love the moment that I walked into the building. They kept me updated every step of the way and were very knowledgeable about everything going on. I, not for one second, doubted my decision making this place the home for my two cats.

I will definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. The building and the rooms are super clean and the energy in it is fantastic.

I’ve been going to Shorewood Animal Hospital with my Frenchie Agnes for four years now. They are an incredibly talented team, but I have to give a special shout out to Dr. Kevin Joyce. Dr. Joyce has gone above and beyond to help Agnes (and set my mind at ease) on numerous occasions. I am so grateful to him and the whole team.

All of the staff from the people who answer the phones and check you in for appointments to the doctors and the assistants are so very kind. I feel like my dogs have gotten extremely good care at SHA.

Amazing care, the doctors actually talk to you so compassionately and follow up and make sure you are well informed about health issues your pet is dealing with. I honestly wish I could find a human doctor that took this much time with me and called to do phone check ups like they do here. Hands down best vets we've had in years after several in the area and in different states.
