I stopped in on a snowing blustery night 10 min before closing for cat food and the sales woman was patient, friendly and as she was ringing up my sale the phone rang and it was a customer who was on her way and wanted to make sure they would be open since she was 10 min out and the sales person assured her that she would stay open until she got there. Wow! Now that is service!
