Top Notch Spot

The employees are very friendly. I love the energy drinks, the Flacco punch is my favorite. The protein waffles are my absolute fave! Good protein shakes, my son loves the Oreo one the best.

A tab bit expensive but I mean it's healthy stuff so who am I to judge. Stuff I ordered was delicious and the owner was very kind and checked up on me and asked if the food was good. I always stop by for a quick pick me up every now and then.

The staff was great and very clean. These drinks really wake you up!

This place has become my new go-to For shakes and protein waffles. It's unbelievable that I can indulge like this and still lose weight. Thank God it's only 8 minutes away from where I work!

The smoothies are delicious and it’s a nice little place. The only strange thing for me is the nutrition facts that they advertise. Each smoothie is exactly the same amount of ounces (20), calories, protein and carbs, however they are all using different ingredients. I would like to have a little more clarity on this because it seems far-fetched.
