Food and Service is always top-notch! Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this place. Fresh food items that taste good and employees who have always been welcoming and friendly. What more can you ask for? Once of the items they sell - which is popular with kids - is the 'Paul Bunyan' donut (see pic). Roughly 9" across, there are a few different options. They come Glazed, with chocolate frosting, sprinkles, etc. It's sure to put a smile on any kids face for a special occasion.

This is the best plave in Elk River for FRESH and DELICIOUS donuts. Not only are you supporting a local small buisness, you are also getting an amazing treat. It's a win win. People bring these to us at work all the time too and it's honestly something I look forward to at this point 🥰

Liam and Taylor helped me this afternoon. Very polite and personable service…. But I’m not surprised! Always a good time coming here. My father frequently comes to get a dozen, and I grab a box every once in awhile for my clients and they’re always a hit! Always very fresh! They do cupcakes sometimes too and they are lovely!! Definetly always be a go-to! ❤

Hey guys! You got to check this little bakery out. Doughnuts! 🍩 🍩🍩🍩 fresh doughnuts! 🍩 and more doughnuts. And some other goodies too. Too many choices! But a fresh doughnut! I can’t resist. I’ve walk by few times and I’ve always said I will check this place out one of these days.
Well today was the day! I had to run errands early, grabbed a cup coffee nearby and went out for a walk. And on my way back saw couple people going in and Light 💡 went on! Coffee and pastry! Better yet, coffee and doughnuts 🍩 ☕! I said. Almost missed it again, but did not this time.
Delicious by the way! Because I’ve already eaten 2 and half out 6 haha! But that’s ok, I’ll have take more walks!
But check it out! The earlier the better! And don’t forget to bring your coffee or hot chocolate! It is a great way to support you local and small business! 🍩☕😋😋

An outstanding, locally owned bakery! The pastries were fresh and tasty. I was particularly impressed with the Custard Crème filled Bismarck’s. The young lady who took my order was very professional and efficient. I will continue to use this bakery!

My fiancées work got donuts from here catered and they caught my eye, so I had to try it out. I got up early and made the trip, and man was it worth it! Delicious donuts & great pricing. Cutest little shoppe too. Excited to go back! Highly recommend the Lady Fingers

I bought cinnamon bread, raised sugar donuts, Carmel rolls and hamburger buns. I haven't tasted them all but the raised sugar donuts were some of the best I've ever had. Very moist, not dry and excellent.

I didn’t really care for donuts before blue egg bakery. Then I had THE HOMER DONUT. Literally the best donut I’ve ever had in my life. After that I thought that I was a donut person and have since tried “the best” donuts all over, and nothing compares to blue egg bakery. Ive been going to blue egg bakery for YEARS and I even once bought a dozen of homer donuts in place of a cake for my birthday just because I love them so much 😂

I stopped in here randomly. And bought a little bit of everything, absolutely delicious and fresh. And the lady that helped me was so sweet and has exceptional customer service. I live south of the metro and will be making a trip back to Elk River JUST for this BAKERY.

One of the TOP Bakeries in Minnesota. You have to try their Lady Fingers. tThey are to die for. Plus they provide pastries and donuts with exceptional taste. The only problem is it's hard not to over-indulge.(Their Maple Sticks have gotten me out of the Dog-House many times), but I'd never say that out loud.
