I own a Hyundai. The service dept at Grappone, is honest and thorough. They won’t try to sell you something that you don’t need. My go to person when I need to bring my car in is a gentleman named Mike. This man is incredible and puts your mind at ease when your car is in for service. If I ever need to purchase a car again, I will definitely go to Grappone. I like the way things are handled there.

I’m so happy to have received such great service last week at Grappone Hyundai in Bow, NH! My 2021 Hyundai Kona has had engine issues since right after I bought it in 2022. Grappone repaired two major engine problems during that time but my engine was never going to be right. Grappone took my car in, listened to it, got experts to look at it, and then diagnosed it. They came to the conclusion that I did indeed need a new engine. So, they installed a brand new engine and I am thankful and grateful. I dealt with Mike in Service and he couldn't have been nicer! He is very knowledgeable and he kept me up to date every step of the way. I highly recommend Grappone Hyundai Sales and Service! Thank you, Grappone!

The service dept at Grappone Hyundai is the absolute best!! Nick is very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, honest, and helpful! I can't remember any time at any location that I've had a better, consistent, over the top customer service experience. Really. I've had multiple interactions with this department and with Nick, and they've all been the same - phenomenonal!! Ty guys for everything you do! I wish I could give 10 out of 5 stars!!

Grappone Hyundai Service department is absolutely excellent. They took over servicing my vehicles when I had a problem with another in-state Hyundai dealer. Mike, my service representative has always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are taken care of and when either one are in, the shuttle service is very convenient, if for some reason, my vehicle needs to stay overnight, Mike makes sure I have a loaner vehicle so I am not inconvenienced due to my busy schedule. Best customer service around. The team takes the anxiety out the dreaded check engine light of the unknown. The tissue boxes in the waiting area are a nice touch too. I have never been disappointed by level of kindness understanding and empathy the service team provides to their Hyundai guests. I’m grateful each and every time.

They offer a shuttle service. I was just outside the area, but Allison went the extra mile (literally) and ensured I had transportation each way.

Yesterday was our first experience with Grappone service center. It was a very good experience. We were greeted by one of your service representatives who explained the video which showed the Technician going over our car. We found this helpful.

Just bought a new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Grappone. All the staff were super helpful. Do want to give a shout out to Bryce Leung. Although he works in the Toyota division (our first stop) he was able to take us around to all the Grappone dealerships while we did our search.

As always the service staff is polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. I particularly appreciate the video taken by the tech showing his work which shows the status of his, e.g. measuring tire tread depths and cabin filters and the like. So if you have a smartphone, you can view the video and then get an explanation and cost of what if anything needs work.
