The Prescription Center

The Presciption Center is one of the best pharmacies and compounding pharmacies that are in New England. The pharmacy technicians are one the best in the state. Always willing to go above and beyond and never losing that home town feel. The Prescription Center is the only pharmacy that I would ever recommend to the prople I love.
If I was asked what is the single most thing that I like about The Presscription Center, it would be a toss-up between how knowledgeable they are, and how caring the are. They truely care about their customers well-being. And they bring modern medicine into the 21st-century.

The customer service on both pharmacy and medical supply are top notch! I was shocked with how caring, professional they were. They took the time to answer my needs and I didn’t feel rushed and not important. Stephanie on the medical supply side is wonderful! She tried all angles to solve an issue and was super patient with me. Unfortunately my insurance isn’t in network with this group. Which Stephanie called me to let me know before hand. I’m still going through with this supplier and paying out of pocket, the price isn’t bad and my experience so far is well worth the out of pocket cost! Thank you guys for be so awesome! 👏🏼 🏆

I can't say enough good things about them. The world needs more places like this. I know that I love my dog, but I feel like they make that a priority! Besides making a custom med, they truly go above and beyond and make you feel like you and your pet (or person) is the upmost priority. You are not just a number here, it's a very personal business, they actually care! You get an actual person on the phone, they remind you about refills and are more than accommodating! Had a great experience at the Prescription Center. Loved the relationship with the pharmacist. Changed from CVS due to the fact that every time I was in there, it seemed like a new face and I constantly had to re-explain my issues. In addition, I had to receive a compounded order for my dog and the Prescription Center was able to compound it while I was getting my regular prescriptions filled.

The prescription center has been making compounded meds for me for years and they always do a great job. I have some very sensitive food allergens and the prescription center staff knows exactly what is in everything they make and are excellent about helping me make sure the meds are safe for me allergy-wise before I start a new one. Normally, I am order refills well in advance, but today I realized I made a mistake and had very few pills left. I don’t live near the pharmacy so this was a challenge. Laura, at the compounding pharmacy, truly went above and beyond to help me get these important meds before I ran out. She was kind, excellent to work with and I am very grateful to her for helping me so much. Thank you!

Super kind staff and they are informative about my child’s compound.

Thank goodness for bedford pharmacy! Their ability to make custom medications and doses made it possible for our very small dog to get the right dose cancer medication. We were told we would be lucky to make it more than a few months when our sweet boy was diagnosed and because of them we got over an entire extra year to spend together. No amount of time would ever have been enough but we are so grateful to bedford pharmacy for the extra we got!

I’m sorry i did not get his name but my wife left Concord Hospital today with a RX for a Walker and could not negotiate the stairs. The young gentleman at the counter came out to our car to get my wifes information and made several trips to our car for ins info etc and she did not have to go into the store an attempt to go down stairs. Even though it is downtown Concord there is parking and an entrance in the back so u dont have to parallel park on Main Street! Much better service than other Medical supply stores in the area! 5 Stars for Sure!!

I use this pharmacy for my cat's liquid meds; he has seizures and the meds help significantly. I had recently changed pharmacies to this one in Bedford, and I couldn't be more pleased. I had an issue with the syringe my vet gave me which constantly clogged and made giving my cat his meds far more stressful. The Bedford Pharmacy gave me one that works like a charm; it is a life-saver. I have no trouble giving my cat his meds; it's a lot easier on both of us!

This pharmacy is excellent and the people there are kind and caring. I can't thank them enough for their help, expertise and compassion.

Reminds me of the old pharmacy's when they all knew your name and remembered your personal information like your family members names, ailments, allergies, etc..without looking into the computers. The staff is very helpful. For example, if you have no more refills left on your 'script, they will call your doctors office for you to get the authorization for you. Less work for you. They are also fast compared to other pharmacy's. Never wait more than 16 min. A+++ on The Prescription Center Main St!

I’m so impressed with this place, they have quality low-dose naltrexone which is fantastic, their prices are fair, and they were really fast.

Ever since I started going here I won't ever stop! You can keep your chain stores!
If you didn't know there's plenty parking in the back!
