Both Kim Strak and Nick Belford were extremely helpful in getting us set up with some living room and bedroom furniture. Great selection from their inventory on the floor. Highly recommend stopping by and seeing what they have to offer.

Eric was great help and showed us the furniture we wanted. He was super kind and stayed patient while we made our decision. Couldn’t ask for a better salesman, this man deserves a raise!!

Today 11/01/2023, I went to furniture mart in elk river location to look for a dining room set. With Kim’s great service, I was able to purchase a nice dining set. If anyone needs any furnitures, please ask for Kim. She’s very patient and knowledgeable about helping you find what works for you and your family. I appreciate her help and I look forward to purchase more furnitures there. Again I can’t wait til my new dining set gets here in the next 2 days.

My family and I went to the furniture mart located in Elk River to buy some furnitures for our new home. We’re glad to make that decision as the staffs were great and friendly. The salesman Paul is very helpful and very polite. It was a great experience working with Paul and the manager Andrew as he’s very knowledgeable. They were really good with keeping our kids entertain so my husband and I can focus on getting our finance figure out. Well definitely going back.

We had such a great experience working with Paul Dieter today at Furniture Mart in Elk River. He was very personable and took his time with making sure we got exactly what we needed. We have done A LOT of furniture shopping over the last few weeks and really felt like Paul cared about our needs and didn't push us to make any decisions. We will definitely be back!

We did our research and knew exactly what we wanted. I called and spoke with Alonzo. He was fantastic. He was able to save us a trip and we ordered the sectional over the phone. He also found a discount for us to save us some money. I was very impressed with his knowledge and honesty. I would highly recommend this store. If you get Alonzo as your salesperson, consider yourself blessed!!! He's very professional.

Just stopped by yesterday to check out the selections, and was impressed by how nice the vignettes looked! The selections and store layout looked fantastic- it usually does, but what we saw yesterday was great!
Caught up with Andrew- who as always was very informative and helpful. He was training a new person, and easily brought him up to speed on what we usually like.
We have been regular customers for years, and just wanted to say that Andrew and team have really done a great job with how everything looks and their level of service!

I was on a serious mission to find the right outdoor deck set, I mean, summer of 2020 is definitely screaming home sweet home, so on my mission to complete my summer oasis I came across a set at Furniture Mart(Elk River).
I first called with questions, and was helped by Kelly. So of course, she is who I asked for when I went in an hour later. I was greeted by Tanner, who was also extremely pleasant. Having never been here before, I was immediately impressed with this store already(both by Kelly via our call and now upon being greeted). Kelly deserved my sale 110%! She was informative, kind, and fun to work with! She is what good customer service is made of! Thank you, Kelly!! :)

We just purchased a home and were looking for furniture for awhile now. We went into furniture mart last Saturday to see what they had. Andrew Robinson greeted us when we walked in the door. He told us where everything was, told us to kick tires and try out as many as we wanted. He'd come back when we were ready. When we walked in we really only knew that we wanted recliners. We had settled on a few different options and Andrew wrote it all up for us to go home and think about it. We were looking over the Furniture Mart Black Friday ad and noticed some options we liked. We came back today and Andrew greeted us, let us know where some of the options were that we liked from the ad. We ended up getting a new living room set, dining room and tv stand. If I ever need furniture again or know someone who does, I will send them Andrew's way. He was fair, honest and not pushy, hard characteristics to find in a salesperson these days! Thanks again Andrew for helping us make our home feel complete!

Tanner and Mark were the best team to work with at Ashley! Tanner helped me find the best mattresses for me and my daughter and Mark helped me find the perfect furniture for my new house. I’ve always been extremely pleased with the service there!

After visiting the Ashley store in Albertville with little success, we were sent to the store out in Elk River for more/different selection. We were greeted by Andrew who was very friendly and kind, without being overbearing. He pointed us in the direction of where to look (we were wanting a sectional), and took care very good care of us. We loved our visit to Furniture Mart, found an amazingly comfy couch, got a great deal & met a great guy that will have us going back to the store for any future furniture needs!

We purchased a sectional in July from the Elk River Furniture Mart and I would recommend asking for Andrew Robinson. He was awesome! Super knowledgeable and friendly. We did not feel pressured and he always made sure we had all of the info.When we are ready to make another furniture purchase we will definitely be back! Also the delivery guys were amazing ( I did not catch their names but they were fast, efficient, and friendly!) We love our sectional! Thank you!

I had an amazing experience buying a sofa today! Tanner(my salesman) was so helpful with helping me get what I wanted. He was very informative and made the process so easy. Definitely go here if you are looking for a sofa, a mattress or any kind of furniture. They are great

My granddaughter n I came into your store to look for a recliner. Tanner, your salesman, listened patiently while she explained what she wanted, showed us several items that fit. He was so effecient, knowledgeable, and professional I also bought a bench. I highly.recommend your store for quality and price.

We received an adjustable base for our bed that was defective at delivery. We called Elk River Furniture Mart and talked with Andrew, he took it upon himself to expedite an exchange. We received the exchange of the adjustable base that same evening. Now that is Great Customer Service!!! Thank you Andrew

Bought a sectional couch over 5 years ago, had to repair one section as it was no longer available. Furniture Mart sent a repairman out who was knowledgeable and very reaonably priced. Ron Carlson did a great job fixing. Thank you...would recommend!

We went back to Ashley Furniture Mart to look for a couch. Tom (not Tony) was amazing in helping us find exactly what we wanted. If you are looking for a good place to find furniture where you don't have to worry about pushy salesmen, I definitely suggest coming here and looking around. I won't shop for furniture anywhere else. Thanks for being awesome and so helpful, Tom!
