I would give Shell 100 stars if I could. It is refreshing to speak to an owner of a local company who is honest, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to do the right thing.

I called Shell for what I thought was a carpenter ant problem (after calling 2 other places that just tried to sell me annual packages). The tech Paul, found the ants but advised the issue was more then ants, they were a symptom.. my problem was moisture in the walls. This is something Shell doesn’t work on. Paul even did a moisture reading on our walls and advised us to call an engineer or contractor.

After doing so, we uncovered a major issue on our home.

Shell didn’t take a penny from us, came out 2x and months later was able to provide us documentation for our insurance company.

The entire team at Shell are stand up people, I highly recommend Shell if looking for a reasonable company with expertise and integrity.

I've been using Shell for 3 years in Brielle, fair, honest and most importantly super knowledgeable about all things Pest Control. There's a preventive plan that you can enroll in that keeps problems from arising, can't recommend Dennis the owner and the team enough

Dennis did a thorough inspection of our home today. Dennis is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain the situations and circumstances that we had concerns about---When he left, we felt a lot more secure and satisfied that all of our questions were thoroughly answered. Additionally, Dennis is a kind and caring person. We feel fortunate to have had Dennis inspect our home. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Shell Pest Control Systems.

Dennis and his team have been serving my home for gosh, well over 10 years. Might even be 15 years. Shell Pest Control is super responsive and always there to help with whatever pest problem that could arise, from termites, to ants to what I like to call hoppers aka cave crickets. They are always very thorough, professional and responsive. I can't say enough great things about Dennis, Paul and the team.

Denis performs both scheduled pest management and on-demand pest control for many rental properties which I manage. I have worked in a commercial location that has used Shell Pest Control for more than 15 years. They are professional and thorough.

At one point I had a problem with ants at my home and called Shell PC and had them service the house. We did not see another ant in the house.

They took the time to locate and treat the problem areas and educate us on what needed to be done to prevent future problems.

Haven’t seen a mouse since Denis came to my home! He was responsive, professional, and took care to make sure to use products that would not harm my infant child without me even asking him to do so. Would very much recommend him as he was fair in pricing and was very thorough in order to remediate the problem.
