Hunan

Low staffing has the place a bit dark, and they only did take-out, so I couldn't properly experience the atmosphere. The service was a touch slow but they had a bunch of orders ahead of me so it was quite understandable. The food was quite delicious and very competitively priced for the area. I definitely think I'll go again.

The food at Hunan’s is top tier. I have yet to find any Chinese restaurant that compares in any state/city. The hot & sour soup is the best thing there and impossible to find one that compares at any other Chinese food establishment.

Hunan's is only doing take out, so the atmosphere is a little down. The food is always amazing and they are very quick with getting my food ready.

The chicken fried rice is absolutely amazing, I've been all over Nebraska and this is the best. The hula beef and crab rangons are also really good. I will say that the chicken lo main doesn't have enough flavor to it, it needs more seasoning and sause to make it pop

In my opinion the best Chinese food in Hastings. The Diet Center chicken, General Tso's chicken, and the flour steak are wonderful. If you leave without trying the spicy sour soup you've missed out. Fast service and a great reasonably priced lunch menu. They do close for a couple hours in the middle of the day but stay open fairly late in the evening.

We love this place! We used to live close and ate here all the time. Now we live in Milford. We come back here every time we are in town. I have been eating here for over 30 years and I've never been disappointed! I can't say that about any other eating establishment.

Some of the best fried rice I have had! Great variety on the menu and always the right blend of ingredients creating a flavorful dish no mater what you select.

I live in Lincoln, NE but I travel to Hastings, NE for work occasionally and I stop here for lunch every time. All of the entrees that I’ve had have been excellent and the service is great. My personal favorite is the chicken chow mein. Hastings is lucky to have such a great Chinese restaurant.

Look, it's Chinese food. If you come to a Chinese restaurant with moderate to low prices and expect some sort of new and modern artistic items ion the menu, you don't have expectations aligned with what's going on here. I like it but I know what to expect and am happy to have a full belly here.

Love Love Love! We order Hunan's every Wednesday. Can't wait till we can actually dine in. I miss our waitress Amber.

This is the best Chinese food I've ever had. I'm not from around here and besides Mexican, there aren't many good options for food. It is inexpensive and portions are generous. I haven't finished a meal yet and I'm a big dude.

Hunan's of Hastings is incredible. There are many Hunan restaurants but Hastings has the best hot sour soup of them all. I don't know what they do different, but their hot sour soup is to die for!

One of the best crispy duck, plum sauce dishes I've had the pleasure of eating. Highly recommend this restaurant. 2 courses and 2 soft drinks for $14!!!!!

Loved it you couldn't ask for nicer people I tried something different it was seafood dish and you gat a lot of crab and scallops and shrimp boy it was in a red sause I just love it I am definitely going back

Food was great. Only issue was menu pricing online different than in restaurant. Service was excellent as well.

I've lived in Hastings for 17 years and have eaten at Hunans many many times... I have to admit I'm in love with their hot & sour soup, which I can't find even remotely comparable anywhere else... if you order appetizers, 2 people can try several things for around $15.00... If you want real chinese food and atmosphere, try Hunans
