I’ve been going to Iron Fist Fitness for a little over a year now. Shannon is great to work with, the gym is always spotless, and I appreciate the personal attention you wouldn’t find at a larger chain. Highly recommend.

I love this place! The owner is great, and will address any concerns you have immediately! The personal trainers really work with you to set attainable goals and also teach you about recovery too. Also, it’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to! Get yourself here!

This is by far the best gym I have ever experienced. I usually join a gym and after a month of inconsistently going I drop out and cancel my membership. This is definitely not the case with Iron Fist Fitness! I absolutely love the people and environment of this gym. I would give them a 11/10 when it comes to cleanliness, level of engagement, and getting your money's worth. If you are debating about joining this gym, stop what you're doing and just do it! You won't regret it!

The staff at Iron Fist are friendly always welcoming, and professional when I arrive. The gym is inviting, fun, energetic, and clean environment. Also, love the Body by Vick- pre workout supplements Miami punch! I got got great results and more boost of energy in my workouts! Also, love the flavor, can’t go without it before I start my workout. Definitely I feel my best performance after my workouts. 💕 Then I follow up with the protein shake for muscle recovery vanilla flavor, not chalky taste, but a smooth yummy vanilla is my current fav shake. Went to IronFist Fitness once a week for a 30-min personal training over the course of an 8 week session with the Owner Shannon Vick. The workouts were custom tailored to my fitness goals and the facility was more than accommodating. Shannon is a phenomenal teacher and trainer, he makes the workouts fun and is encouraging every step of the way. I encourage gym goers of any experience level to stop by and take a tour and get some training time in with Shannon, you will be thrilled with your results just as I was. In the 1st month I dropped 13lbs and 4in off my waist. Get in, get to work, and get results all with Shannon's help.

Iron Fist is a meticulously clean gym with such quality equipment! Shannon takes great pride in not only his gym's set up and cleanliness, but in the art of sculpting his client's bodies into what they desire.

He's fun, super talented, full of knowledge of fitness and wellness and also great to have conversations with while you work out! Love this place!!

Coming from a sports background and working with trainers, Shannon is one of the best I've work with. He's a very good listener and pays attention to you which was two things I was looking for in a trainer. He lets me be in charge based on if I want to be pushed harder or not. I'm not use to that so it was a nice change. Overall, I would recommend Shannon to anyone.

Best fitness center out there! I have belonged to many clubs in the past but would leave because of the atmosphere and boredom. Shannon Vick and his team of personal trainers have to be the best and most positive group of people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing at a fitness center. Fell in love with the place as soon as I walked through the door. If you are going to invest in your healthy lifestyle, Iron Fist is worth it.
