Myhre Equine Clinic

I would definitely recommend Myhre Equine clinic for your horses needs. Recently our long time vet in the North Country retired on short notice. After looking for a vet that would travel, and provide emergency care should the need arise, we made an appointment with Myhre Equine Clinic.
Dr. A Warneke came to our farm last week, examined both our horses, administered vaccines, and took the time to get to know us and our needs. She offered helpful advice moving forward. My husband and I were very impressed with her knowledge and compassion! Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!

Dr Myrhe and Son have been right there for us and our goat Larry. Larry is a stone producer and needed emergency surgery. Myrhe Equine Clinic is taking good care of him! Can't say enough how thankful we are for these Doctors! The care does not get any better and they have heart!

Met us after hours with no problems. (Broken spur on goat) very friendly and professional. Reasonable prices for an after hours visit..

I Could not ask for a better group of vets. The eceptional coordination of an emergency in the middle of the night. The Excellent care and compation that was shown to our Belgian Draft. I would not take our drafts any where else. Thank you to all involved!

Dr. Myrhe and his team are superlative in every way. My horse recently had colic surgery. I am very grateful to them for the care my boy received. He is slated to make a full recovery. Absolute state of the art facilities. And everyone is very kind and patient.

Had to take our 2 year old filly here on an emergency call. She had a piece of steel go through the coronet band and into the joint. They staff and Dr. Myhre were great and took great care of our baby. They also were thoughtful when it came to working within our limited budget. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication, called us daily. Found out what was wrong with our horse and did all they could to keep him comfortable. Very compassionate but realistic during a hard, long term illness to a beloved family pet. We would certainly trust them with our horses again.

The staff are outstanding! They are warm and sincerely welcoming upon arrival and yet maintain a professional presentation. They immediately met the needs of a very dear senior horse, providing him care, comfort and a safe environment to begin his time of healing. I left feeling confident that he was in good hands.
I arrived the next day, his owner and I so happy to see him doing well . The staff willing to answer any questions and did so with patience and genuine concern.
Whatever journey lies ahead for Cassidy,there is no doubt his recovery chances are better because of the staff at Myhrie Equine Clinic.

Excellent service, caring & knowledgeable. Dr. Warneke was wonderful helping me with my 33 year old horse. He was in rough shape after the winter in 2014-15 but now he looks great, is eating better & has put back all the weight he lost during that harsh winter. She is knowledgeable & advised on the proper nutrition for an older horse with Cushing's. Thanks to Dr. Warneke my horse made quite a turn around.

This is the place to haul yr horse if it has colic or any other serious problem. Dr. Myhre is very knowlegeable in all equine matters and has the equipment and staff to help get the best outcome.

Dr. Myhre is a superb surgeon and excellent at finding lameness. Dr. Warneke is a compassionate and skilled veterinarian.
