Maddie provided amazing customer service! She is very knowledgeable, worked efficiently to answer all of our questions, helped us with 2 phone upgrades, and provided a personalized experience that made us feel extremely welcomed and taken care of.
Shout out to Michael, during our visit, showed great patience with an elderly woman that was very-very-very confused and "came in swinging" with complaints and endless life stories.
This team has great talent with being equitable with their customers and it shows 👏 Thank you so much for everything you all do!

Carrie is awesome at her job and made the rochester at&t my go to store! She helped me get everything I needed with ease, knows her store, products, what she has in store and will find a way to get you what you need without missing a beat. 10/10 will be back to this location exclusively for anything i need from at&t.

My husband and I drove an hour each way to come to this location and we were not disappointe with either trip! Jacob was exceptional in his willingness to help us even staying after hours to make sure that the job was done right and that I was satisfied! They were very knowledgeable and transparent and we never felt like they were trying to take advantage of us which is hard to come by in sales these days. We would recommend this shop to anyone. Great service and real people.

I went in to figure out why my phone couldn't make phone calls and to lower my monthly payment. Worked with Jacob there and he was AWESOME! Very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to help! I ended up getting a new phone for my husband and myself and we saved some money too! Unfortunately, he couldn't help with my phone not making calls but he did everything he could to help in-store and I really appreciated all the help!

Waiting on order to arrive at store. Limited selection available at this store. We had to order 2 phones snd now we wait. Young lady was very knowledgeable of the products.

We went to the store with the intention of just comparing the phone size to what we current have and then order our phones online. Turns out the prices were the same and we would get a better trade in credit. Dez was great going over the information with 3 generations of women and varying knowledge and understanding of the new technology! We bought and ordered our phones right there!

Service agents in this store have always been amazing and today was no different. Peyton helped me secure a second line on my phone - helped me find a simple number to remember- and reminded me of both a warranty I have and a perk of my premium service. Thank you!!

I have been to this store many times. Always have been helpful with upgrading our plans. Recently I ordered a phone at a different store and it was shipped to my home. I can’t remember the associates name however he was extremely helpful with assisting me on activating and my new phone.
Next time I will purchase directly from the store to save everyone the time!

My husband and I were switching from T-Mobile, and the service there was phenomenal! We barely had to wait, even though the store was basically full! (Saturday at open) We both got new phones and were new customers, and we were there for under an hour. It was amazing! So happy we switched, and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!

We went to the AT&T Rochester, NH store and Lexi was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly and got us just what we wanted in minutes. We told her our goal and she listened to us and completed the task with 5 stars!

everyone in this store was super friendly and helpful. I am an old lady and always have small issues with my phone. I also recently got a iPad from Jennifer to read my books and I love it!
