1st time needing this fine establishment!
Had a front end alignment done as the storm hit NH a few days ago. Very clean and efficient and well priced. The receptionists were very friendly and polite and knowledgeable! Nice touch with the café to wait in..I was very impressed! Thank you! Will return and will recommend!

My family has been doing business with Ron Poulin for over 40 years and they've always treated my family with respect and given a great service I would highly recommend them they stand behind their work and they can get stuff done in a pinch.

Had my first service experience at Country Tire and Service today. It will certainly not be my last. I had made an appointment for 9 AM to have my tires rotated and the state inspection completed. I arrived a few minutes and was cordially greeted by Scott and another fellow, both very nice. They offered me a token for coffee in their waiting room which was an adjoining coffee shop. I left them my fob and said I had been told that it would take about an hour when I made the appointment with Lauren. Scott said, I would be out sooner than that and, in fact, I was on my way in less that 40 minutes. Very professional experience and I had the strong impression that this is a company that treats folks honestly and fairly.

As always the knowledge, professionalism and frankly the kindness is top notch! I was able to book an appointment quickly and efficiently, greeted with a smile when I arrived, received verbal confirmation of the work to be completed, and offered a beverage while I waited. Despite being visibly busy I was updated on the progress and (reasonable) cost of repairs within a short amount of time and the plentiful amount of work was completed before the day was finished. I am also very pleased with the after hours pickup process. Other service centers leave the keys in the car, but not Country Tire! They have secure lock boxes with a code to access and retrieve your keys! A highly appreciated and much safer process. I cannot recommend Country Tire more highly.

Service with a smile and attention to detail. Each time I've scheduled an appointment they've started work when I arrived and have gotten me out quickly along with providing a complimentary beverage while you wait. Technical advice is on point and consultative so you don't feel like you're being pushed into a decision which is nice to see these days. They also recognize Veterans and public servants which I always appreciate.

I can recommend without hesitation with the hope they continue the good work!

Scott and Ron saved the day getting me the Nomian tires in time for my 3000 mike trip to Idaho in winter weather. They were the only place from Seabrook to Laconia that could get me in next day and have me out the door right before thanksgiving. Every other Nokian dealer had to wait until Friday but Country tire did it Wednesday. The free token for the Aroma JOES coffee was great! This is my go to tire shop now.

I went in for a state inspection and was so please with this place. They charged what was listed on the website, and didn't sneak in any extra fees. They gave me a free coupon for a coffee at the attached aroma Joe's and that was super nice. The front desk guy was very polite and professional. The building itself was immaculately clean and looked like it had just been vacuumed. It was a great experience and I totally recommend this place to anyone.

Country Tire went out of their way to help me when I sorely needed it..After trying to identify an offensive odor in the cabin area of my van the CT tech replaced the cabin air filter..which seemed to help a little but I left with the smell still inside the cabin.. I was across the street at the Ridge Mall parking lot trying to access my fuse box thinking I could fix “another issue” relating to my usb charging ports not working. I ended up over my head unable to put it back, (and more importantly start my car). I was hesitant to call Country Tire for help but when I called they didn’t hesitate.. They drive over with a tech, (on his lunch break) not once but twice to get some tools and got me back up and running.. Later that day I found that the odor was coming from the usb port assembly..it was hot and the circuit board was melting.. I called a local dealer and found the part available. I replaced it and viola !… the charging port now fixed and the odor gone.
BOTTOM LINE. I got a taste of what truly outstanding customer service means to Country Tire. They are always in “help mode” and always pleasant and professional.. A real blueprint example of exceptional service.

I went to the Rochester country tire. The front staff were so kind and courteous. In fact one of them showed me around since it was my first time. I was surprised by how nice the waiting area was and free coffee from AJ next door. Then I was presently surprised of how fast they completed my car.
I would highly recommend them and I will be back

The staff here is the best. They do a great job and have honest, fair pricing. Highly recommended for oil changes, inspections, and anything else. Update Feb/Mar 2023: got some excellent tires at a great price and the staff let me know if there were any issues for an upcoming state inspection. Gave me an accurate quote for the work and took care of it quickly. I'd give them 6 stars if I could

Some of the greatest customer service, satisfaction my wife, and I have had experienced in quite some time. We had tires, and wheels for our vehicles purchased on line. I asked if they could install them for us, and made the appointment. They got us right in, got it done, and we were so impressed we bought an additional set of tires from them, and had them installed. Again, great customer service, and great customer satisfaction. We will be back for more work in the future, and highly recommend Country Tire

Incredible customer service! I needed new tires to pass inspection. They picked my car up from my work place (local), performed the necessary work, took payment over the phone and dropped my car back off in the parking lot. How convenient! Having work done on my car during the work day was seamless with no interruption to my day. They are great and super friendly...Ron, Scott, Keith, the vehicle technicians...all of them!

Very impressed with the flat tire I just got fixed last minute when I noticed my tire had a roof nail and losing air. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. On top of that they washed my car 😁 Highly recommended for their professionalism and top notch customer service. More companies could learn from these guys. Thanks again!

I've brought my car here for oil changes, new tires, and a tire repair for 4 years now (and 2 vehicles ago). They treat everyone with respect, give you great deals, and you never feel taken advantage of. I live a half hour away, but still prefer to bring my vehicle here as it's a comfortable environment - and you get a free Aroma Joe's coffee!! I mean, how awesome is that?! :)

Best service in the tri city area. Trustworthy and reliable work. Only place I take my vehicles for repairs and inspections.

I don't live close to this shop, but I was searching for a place to do a used car inspection on a Saturday for a car I was looking at buying in their area. Was very impressed by the customer service, inspection, and price. They knew I wouldn't be coming back due to the situation, but they treated me as if I was a longtime customer.

One of the best customer experiences I've ever had, period.

I won't name names, but I have never had such an enjoyable waiting experience. Coffee, food, great seating, and clean bathroom. Oh, and service was fast and honest. With my unique situation they could have said to do a balance or alignment again and I would not have know the difference.

Impressed and now my only tire service center.
