Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights-Meadowlands, an IHG Hotel

The Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights-Meadowlands provided the perfect setting for the start of a beautiful wedding day. With spacious and well-lit rooms, it offered an ideal backdrop for the bridal party's preparations. The attentive and courteous staff ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on capturing the joy and anticipation of the bride and her friends. As a photographer, I appreciated the variety of indoor lighting and the tasteful decor that complemented each photo. The hotel's commitment to comfort and convenience set the tone for a day filled with laughter, beauty, and memorable moments. It was an absolute pleasure to document the beginning of this special day in such a welcoming and accommodating environment.

Clean rom comfortable bed and a nice tv. The lady who checked me in at night was very nice and helpful. My shower never got hot at all 5 plus minutes of running besides that still had a nice stay. Lots of places close by to eat at

We went down to the desk and requested another room because ours smelled a little like smoke. They were extremely accommodating and switched us right away. Nice hotel and comfortable room.

Currently staying and will be commuting for 5 wks between hackensack and south jersey and staying weekly at this site. Met my expectations, and anticipate a pleasant stay during the remainder of the month. Plentiful parking (previous review comment noted parking area needs improvement, but there are no major potholes), clean spacious lobby, efficient check-in. Room is spacious, and importantly very clean, with working mini fridge, mini microwave, and individual sized keurig coffee machine. Previous comment noting that rooms are obviously renovated, however I don't see evidence of the rooms being outdated- they were spotless and clean, heating unit worked well, pillows and comforters were soft and clean (1 set foam and 1 set feathered), carpet is clean and intact, no smell of dust or mold/mustiness (which I was very particular about as I have allergies/ asthma). Front desk attendant was kind enough to give me a room with sun light (odd numbered room in the winter afternoons). Only deficit I can find is towels are slightly thinner and smaller than in other hotels, but they served my purpose. Gym on the first floor has filtered water dispenser. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel, breakfast is 20$, but I did not utilize these services. This is a great hotel for business and practical purposes.

The front desk supervisor Mohamed (MOE) is so informative, gentle and helpful.
The king bed room I stayed in was big and well-furnished.

It was awsome: great and clean rooms, nice restaurant with good BBQ Burgers and an excellent service espacially from Guy. Thank for for making our 10 days as perfect as they were. The bus station to NYC is nearby and a shuttle will bring you. It's a nice ride so you can see a bit from NJ. When we are coming back to visit NYC again we will definitly stay here again.

Warm and welcoming are two words I would use to describe this hotel. The staff was super friendly as they always made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The rooms were clean!!! It was pretty affordable and it's a few minutes away from American dreams if you decide to take a trip.

My wife and I had our wedding here a week ago and it was PHENOMENAL. The venue space is great and reasonably priced. The food was delicious and tasty. But, most of all, the hotel staff was absolutely incredible. Shout-out to Kelly, the event manager, who helped us plan our wedding. She is attentive, accommodating, helpful, communicative, and just delightful to work with. And this culture of hospitality extends to the entirety of the staff. Everyone we had to work with was great. If you are planning a major event (even a wedding) consider the Holiday Inn at Hasbrouck Heights. What an awesome experience we had with them throughout the process. I cannot recommend them enough.

This location was very convenient for my travel. Rooms were clean, and they offered maid service daily if needed. Nightly rates are very reasonable too. Front desk staff were OK. I had a better experience with a female staff member versus the male. Didn't catch names. They also have a bar with mediocre drinks that serve food. Bar staff was super friendly. Overall, I will come back. This will be my go-to when I stay in this area.

The hotel was good, but Guy, that man is the best! He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable and is a genuine and hilarious human. I'm glad to have met him, and this hotel should be proud to have him working there!

Just took a group of 44 high school students here for an NYC trip. Rooms were extremely clean and seemed recently renovated. The young woman at the front desk (I can't remember her name now) was unbelievably kind, congenial and helpful--she deserves a raise. Atmosphere was calm and quiet (including, miraculously, my students). Price was fair and only a 25-minute bus ride to NYC. Will definitely book again the next time we go to NYC.

This hotel was great! My family along with a friends family went for 2 nights. We stayed in this hotel because of how close it was to American dream and how close everything was. We needed breakfast and right next door was a McDonald’s. We had a great experience with the front desk. We had a problem with our booking and be told the person at the front desk and he was super helpful. He helped us get a new room and gave us a discount on breakfast as an apology. The gym was clean and neat every time we went it was clean and tidy. The only issue was bathroom wasn’t super clean compared to other hotels but I wouldn’t consider it super dirty. The room was modern and clean.

Normally I rarely review hotels but I do have say thank you to the front desk staff. I was here for work and intending to stay for a third week but due wo work logistic I had to cancel my third week reservation. I was in panic mode as normally last minute cancel will result in a charge. I spoke with the front desk and they cancelled the incoming reservation and made the day more barable now to rebook a new flight.

Been there several times and it has always been a wonderful place.
I do have a security concern that I have addressed with the staff. I will see if that's addressed during future visits.

This has to be one of the best hotel experience I have had. The customer service is outstanding. Gilbert was more than willing to answer my questions and accommodate to my concerns. I really enjoyed the strong shower and the daily cleaning of my room. The housekeeping staff is friendly and greet you, not to mention they do a phenomenal job at maintaining cleanliness!

Nice clean hotel, friendly helpful staff, free shuttle bus to nearest bus stop, 45-minute-drive to Manhattan, NYC, by bus. 35-minute-drive by car or taxi (located about 12 miles from NYC).
If you want to have a quite and peaceful stay when you visit NYC, I would recommend it. If you want the NY city life all the time, take a hotel in Manhattan.

Rooms are clean and very spacey, big Full HD tv. All the things you need.

McDonalds next to the hotel, and KFC, Starbucks, Wallmart, Dunkin' Donuts, and a gas station in the vicinity of the hotel. Most of them located in along the same road.

The hotel is also located very close to Teterboro Airport (within 1 mile), which is considered a general aviation reliever airport. As a reliever airport, it does not offer scheduled airline service though, nor does it permit operations of any heavy aircraft. Very interesting for business travelers though. And aviation enthousiasts aka avgeeks. 🤓

Summary: very good hotel close to NYC in a quite and friendly neighborhood in the Garden State; New Jersey!

The room is great and front desk are very friendly, they knew I got 2 kids with me to check in and the front desk lady reminded me that their swimming pool are open till 8, which my kids are so happy and went to swim. Oh the parking is free!

I did have a long check-in process but I spoke with Gilbert and he was able to assist me. I found the room very clean and comfortable. Jessie and Hidalia made me and my family feel at home with excellent service. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn properties in the US but this location is Very NICE!. We really enjoyed the pool and noticed that every 2 hours they check the quality of the pool water. The young lady we encountered upon check-in Jazmeen was polite and handled the pressure of a really long line of guests waiting to check-in Very well and when she smiles, it makes a big difference! I look forward to staying here again with my family!

Fellow at checkout desk was very helpful with obtaining crib at 12:00am.

Clean room. Bed soft. Nice water pressure. Plenty of parking spaces. Really nice breakfast service. Only complaint is that check in is at 3pm.
