Hampton Inn Ridgefield Park (Meadowlands Area)

Stayed here before a recent cruise out of tl Manhattan terminal. We used this hotel because they offered a shuttle service. 3 of us shared a room shuttle worked out great took awhile for return pick up but all was good.
Another couple we were with left insulin in the room by accident they even took them back to the hotel and returned them to the pier they went out of their way to accommodate.
I would highly recommend this place for cruise travel as you can leave your car in their lot it's included in price

My husband and I had been on the road for 7 hours and were exhausted,when we pulled into the Hampton Inn. Felix and Diana were my angels! Super helpfull staff and clean rooms. The only downside is not being in walking distance of anything and surrounded by heavy traffic roads. The snack counter by the desk had some great options.

Great location and good Inn. Near by Timesquare and affordable room with free parking and free breakfast and will work that money you paid for.

I am giving a 5-star review not just for the hotel stay, but for Margarita's outstanding service and professionalism at the front desk. My friend and I arrived spontaneously at 3am in the morning without a reservation and needing a last-minute place to stay for the rest of the night. The other hotel across the street gave us super sketchy vibes and we were feeling desperate for accommodation. When we walked in, we were relieved to see a clean lobby and a friendly concierge, Margarita. She explained to us that there weren't any clean rooms available at the moment, but if we could wait 10-15 minutes, she could clean and prepare a room for us. Anyone else could have just turned us away. She was so kind and accommodating even though we didn't have any reservations and showed up so late in the night. The room was very clean. The price was way more reasonable than we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised to hear that the breakfast was included. She even gave us a later check-out time than usual. Thank you so much Margarita for your hospitality! We are definitely coming back here to stay again when we visit the Ft. Lee area.

We stayed and used the shuttle to new York for a cruise they where very friendly and helpful I would recommend anyone to use their service.

Great location to stay to take uber to NYC... won't break the bank... staff is friendly & helpful. They have a pool... wish they had a jacuzzi... Breakfast was good... Would've been perfect if more choices for those watching glucose...

Stayed for two night Sunday and Monday and let me tell you I fell in love with the housekeeping manager Karina is so beautiful and intelligent. The room was ok and breakfast was not to bad . I would go back just for her and her alone.

Stayed here with family pre-cruise from the Cape Liberty cruise terminal. Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a connecting room, since we had a family member with dementia. They moved another party from their room so we could have rooms that connected. We were very appreciative. Will definitely stay here again when we cruise. Rooms were clean and nice, staff is very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. Free parking. The only slight negative was that there were no restaurants in the near area that we liked, so we had to do door dash, which was no big deal.

I really enjoyed my stay. My king room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was the best. Pool was opened with rules in place to ensure everyone felt safe. And, I can’t say enough about the front desk staff. Everyone was so nice and accommodating!

We have had a really crazy week traveling from states and city’s to different motels. But the one single person who stood out to me was Auroa. She knew lit situation before even coming and when we got here she handled business. Sweetest person I’ve met. Gave us what we needed plus some chocolates. And we have 5 kids with us.
