So rude and unhelpful. I mean I know bureaucracies are known to be slow and inefficient. But taking advantage of residents who already pay taxes is over the top. Really? $20 late fee for an already paid $30 parking ticket with threats to suspend my license over being 5 min late to my meter? .. let me re-enforce, for my already paid ticket. Slapping on a late fee 2 weeks after you already deposited my check? With a contact number on the ticket that doesn't work? With a 14 day window when being notified by snail-mail?

TERRIBLE municipality Parking agents aka fake police harass you, and they get behind you and give you a ticket in a matter of 3 or 5 seconds I live in a builder down the main street and they don't even let me put my shopping bags down while I I park in double lines because I can't find parking, I understand that they do it on the main streets but not on the streets where we live, people where we don't have a park make these houses double houses and leave us with less parking and still charge us for parking on the street where There isn't even a park and they give you a ticket if you don't park. Reflections, please, what they are doing is wrong and they don't care about others.

The clerks were extremely rude and arrogant. “I don’t know what to tell you”. “Just pay”. “Online plea option is the worst thing NJ state decided to do”. The arrogance of power!!! They want to silence you, and, they think anything allow you to get your voice out is a mistake.
Yes, my case was a small case. However, it was still an unfair case. God bless NJ people!!! If you are mistreated or encountered something unfair, I hope you have a way to pass the humiliation of court clerks. I can’t imagine.

TERRIBLE municipality for doing business. Parking agents aka fake police, ride around town like state troopers harassing drivers who even double park for a second. Extremely aggressive with lack of oversight. A shame because it’s a nice community.

Extremely rude place which now makes me laugh. The guy on the phone was ridiculing with unethical behaviors just because he has a bit of authority over us. I wish him a good luck in the future.

People answering are extremely rude. One guy told me "Please, do not call me us". They are local government employees and no wish to serve public in good faith.

The lady who answers the phone for the municipal court is so unprofessional. Grumpy, rude and it seems like she hates her job. She can't help us paying tax payers with the simplest questions, get someone new Pal Park!

The guy that I was talking to was really rude. He asked me to spell my name and i spelled it slow and clearly and he had a complain. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS A 0 STAR
