I have been with metro since 2016 and have been to many different stores and received decent customer service as well as terrible. Yesterday I came to this store with bad information from customer on chat, and Andre and Maribel did ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING they could to help and fix my situation. They showed me nothing but respect and value as a customer for so long and I can't thank either one of them enough for the dedication, patience and knowledge they exuded to get me back to the freedom of having a phone and access to the outside world. I'm truly grateful for the both of them. They went out of their way to make me feel appreciated and respected and I will forever be grateful. This seems like a reach, but I was in a true bind and they understood my issue and dire need and took heed and action to help me to the best of their ability! 20 fkn stars. I would drive an hour just to come to this store if necessary. Keep doing your thing!!!

This review is about Andre , I would personally like to thank Andre for ALL of his help, his PATIENTS, KNOWLEDGE and CARING ATTITUDE he gets an A+...Andre treated my son and I like family .. he is definitely an ASSET to any job..Andre your going places keep up the GREAT WORK 👍

I see alot of people having problems, but the guys were really helpful to me and my girlfriend. Cut to the chase and even advised us against a purchase we were ready to make on two phones when there were two other phones with better capabilities and ratings for the same price. On top of that we witnessed some of the bs they go through with their customers.. two separate instances.

Just changed from version , got a new phone for FREE not $800 and the it breaks when you you owe $350..insurance does not cover the part that broke . That was a another $300 2 times!! So when my contract was up....so was I
Free phone x 2 new bill with 100% everything now. 80 dollars for 2!!! Old bill $ 189.00 for 2gs ONLY!

The employees at this store are by far the best in customer service. The store is clean, the atmosphere is friendly, definitely recommend this location to any customer!
