AMAZING ! This company came to our RESCUE during Hurricane Ida and my neighbors and I could not be more grateful and blessed for saving my house from the extensive flooding, and so fast. They are also the kindest people on the planet. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Joe was a pleasure to deal with. He was very friendly and polite. He installed my thermostat and explained everything he did to me. He was very thorough and detailed. He took his time to clean up after he was done and his charges were very reliable. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with this company is been excellent. I definitely trust this company for my plumbing and heating services. Mr. Joe is a person with high ethics when it comes to his job and business. The only plumer who didn’t steal my money and got the job done with my steam boiler.

Joe and Joe has been the worse company that I’ve worked with. I called them a month ago to unclog my main sewerage line. They fixed the job but a month later the same problem occurred. I called them to find out what their guarantee was and requested to speak to someone in management and they never called me back. I left multiple messages, six in total to be exact with no reply / response. They are so unprofessional and for the high price that they charge $700+ they should have some sort of guarantee. At least they should have the decency to call an existing customer with a concern back to hear what is their issue. I would not recommend that you use them for any plumbing services in the future and I am definitely not going to be using them at all in the future.

They're unreliable. They scheduled me for an appointment and never showed up. They called the next day with not much of an explanation.

I own several apartment buildings in Hudson County and was shopping a new plumber I called these guys and the girl was very nice and said Mr Joe will get back to you soon. Oh well, Mr Joe must've forgot or fell asleep. He never called, guess he doesn't need my business. Oh well.

I have never experienced such a terrible survive before. The technician came in took a look at my faucet charged me $175 for one hour and as he did it have the details to fix the faucet he said he had to order it. When I called back the office it turned out that they did not have my info on file and told that I have to pay again $185 this time for the evaluation... thefts! Stay away

Our heat wasn't working so association manager suggested this place. We called them and made and appointment to come check out what the problem was. They said someone will come between 1-3. They came at 3:45. Nothing was wrong with heater just needed to change the filters. So they changed the filters( we had new filters at home).The whole thing took about 20 min. They still charged us 175$. I asked them if there will be any discount considering the problem wasn't serious and they didn't do much and we are 1min walk from their office but was told no. I just think that if you want people to keep coming you need to work with people...

I'D LEAVE A ZERO IF I COULD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ONLY REACHED OUT TO THEM AS MY COMPANY USED THEM LAST YEAR. AFTER PLAYING PHONE TAG AND BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS. I'M TOLD THE PLUMBER IS FINALLY HERE. (HE CLAIMS HE RANG THE DOOR BELL) AND LEFT. IVE HAD PLENTY OF PATIENCE WITH THEM THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS BUT DO NOT USE THEM SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Worst Service Ever. They came to start a job, left without telling anyone with no explanation.
