We went here for passport appointment for our 1 month old baby. The place was really clean and maintained well. The staff was very friendly. We were attended by Yolanda. She was extremely professional and helped us with everything and was happy to answer some stupid questions we had. Everything went much better than we expected.

I meant to leave this review the day I picked up my package on 10/11/2023. I was in the post office bright and early, just a little after 7:30 a.m. This review is to appreciate Yolanda's welcoming and pleasant attitude on an early Wednesday morning. It made a whole lot of difference to have a pleasant experience considering they just opened. Kudos to you, Yolanda!

This is the best USPS office we have been so far. We went for our newborns passport application and Yolanda was so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciate her help. The whole experience was very smooth because of her.

If anyone want only tracking number & not want to urgently deliver envelope than look on right side of price list.

I went in today for my first time as well as my first time selling something on Amazon. Her name was Elizabeth she attended to me immediately. She helped pack, tape it for me, and carried it to the back on her own where I was forbidden to have access to. I felt back handing it off but she handled it well it was 50lbs and even assisted with others needs in between helping me. I will definitely be coming back to ship any of the items I sell on eBay. I’m glad because it’s local and she made my first trip reason enough to come back.

The service here is amazing! I was renewing my passport and the clerk (Shiiqa I believe was her name) was extremely helpful and kind. She walked me through the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure I was all set. Thank you!

Yes there are bad things that happens especially when you visit in busy hours yes there are situations we all face at work that make the employees also frustrated and I don’t completely blame them they’re working hard everyday for us.
But then there are times when the lady and how much I wish I would’ve asked her name, helped me get through with the return process for something I ordered.
She made it look like a breeze, I didn’t have nothing literally besides the label, no tape and no box and no nothing and felt weird but she made it quick nice and easy and just with a flick assisted me pack and return as needed.
There are times which are bad but there is so much appreciation these guys deserve. Thankful for great services.

Honestly they deserve better ratings! Every staff here tries their best during rush hour, deal with angry or clueless customers, and so on. They are just doing their job and try to help you so I wish people treat them more kindly.

Twice they helped me with local packages that were saved at the branch.

Coming from a terrible local post office in Brooklyn, it was so nice and refreshing coming here and experiencing actually good service. I've gone at various times of the day and have never had more than 2 people in line ahead of me, although others' pictures apparently show differently. The workers have been kind and helpful, shipping large and small packages using my own boxes or prepaid.
I feel confident using this service and hopefully my experience helps balance out the others!

People are so impatient! I came in around 8:45am on December 18 and there were 5 people ahead of me, there was only one lady working at the counter but she was fast. Customers where coming in behind me and already they were complaining about how long the line was and that they need to get another person on the counter, that they shouldn’t take long because of the holidays blah blah. If you were really worried about sending gifts you shouldn’t wait until the last minute to send it, that’s your fault not the post office’s. While I was waiting there was a rude customer asking to buy stamps but they didn’t have the amount that she wanted so she rudely said that she’ll just buy one so she handed the post office clerk a $20 bill! Stamps only cost $0.50, the clerk asked nicely if she had anything smaller but she rudely said “oh if I had anything smaller, I would’ve given it to you” The clerk wasn’t rude back even though she had every right. It’s insane about the amount of rude reviews on here! Of course you’re not going to get luxury service, this is a post office not a 5 star hotel. And if you want respect make sure you treat other’s the same way as you’ll like to be treated. Oh and it didn’t take more than a few minutes for me to get my package even though there “was a long line” be patient and courteous!!

Been going to this Post Office on & off for 3 years. (a couple others in my hood) I’ve always had a good experience with friendly, helpful staff. Not sure why this is reviewed so poorly, but it was because of this P.O.’s poor review that I felt obliged to counter with my own positive experiences.

I like coming for here specifically when I need advice on how and in what to ship my mail, as well as for fast & easy money orders. It can get to be a long line at times, but they always know how to whittle it down while maintaining a friendly spirit.

I had an issue with a delayed package which didn't arrive due to show, yet my tracking info showed a delivery attempt was made yet I received no notice in the mailbox. I walked down there and the help I received was outstanding. Thorough and cordial is all I can say about the ladies there, especially Liz! Amazing! I also just moved up to NJ and she walked me through how I need to fill out the mail forwarding form! Took all the time in the world! Outstanding! Thank you and keep it up!

It was actually good. I got there 10 minutes before close but the gentleman who helped me was still good natured and helpful. I was afraid when I saw other reviews but was pleasantly surprised.

Shilpa is hands down the best employee at this USPS office. She helped me so much with my passport renewal form and made my life so much easier. You can tell she is very passionate about her job. We need more people like her!

Fantastic Post Office! Almost as good as Hoboken. Service has been great for the past Ten years! Unlike FED EX they have never lost my packages. We live on a tough route with lots of hidden properties but they always come through for us, rain or shine!

I found that this was a very efficient and professional location. The Google maps feature about how busy they are was very helpful in determining a time to go and quickly get my package sent.

Pleasant, helpful, multilingual staff. Long lines mid-day, but otherwise not bad. Great prices and service as good as the competition.

Today at 3 pm. I didn’t catch the clerks name but she was very very nice and helpful
