Glenwood Apartments Maintenance

John (Mioni?) from maintenence is AWESOME. This may be the third or fourth time that I've needed help in a pinch with an apartment issue where John quickly, professionally and efficiently solved each problem. Freezing cold and windy out, my front door wouldn't open even after being unlocked. John from Maintenence was there within minutes of my emergency call after hours and he had all the right tools and door hardware in his car ready to go. I blinked and my door was fixed. Thank you John, for coming out and fixing my door problem in the cold. Glenwood is lucky to have you!

I dreaded calling Maintenance on a Saturday night. I realized my Dishwasher is still warm @ 5pm,water now is still filling inside & now out filling my basins. I did shut water off. Dan arrived very quickly & shut of DW water from flowing. He was finally able to get dishwasher to turn off. I was very pleased and thankful to Dan who vacuumed out DW. And he didn’t make me feel stupid about tightening water. I know tight is right etc. It depends on how dial is facing ladies!! NOT where you’re standing!! FYI. Thank you Dan. So much for your great service.

John came in, fixed my kitchen cabinet door quickly and was very nice.

We made an after-hours call to the Maintenance team tonight because our kitchen sink started to overflow with water out of nowhere. Within an hour, Rafael showed up, helped us figure out what was wrong with our pipes, and corrected the issue. He was very quick, incredibly efficient, and super nice. Excellent service!

John came fast and was in and out, extremely friendly and great service
