Very rude staff. The guy behind the counter is on the phone all the time (personal calls). He does not care if you are standing right in front of him for 2 to 3 minutes. I often go there to buy lottery tickets after 5 pm, and sometimes he says, "we are closed," even though the front door says open from 9 am to 5:45 pm. Today was the last straw. The same rude guy was there with his back towards the door, on the phone as usual; I said, "good morning, could you please check these lottery tickets" he turned and insulted me in Hindi, thinking I would not understand. Whoever owns this franchise should fire this guy ASAP. I'm not returning to this place ever again.
