It was my lucky to find this company Artic Air and I can't say enough Thank You to them. At the beginning I chose them was because the quote was even better than Costco's offseason discount price. The HVAC installation job was beautifully done. Technicians were so professional and working environment they created was very neat. You can feel the good culture in this company. They care about customers' satisfaction from beginning to end. Every role from customer service to tech team to follow up plays excellent and wonderful job. For instance, they sent technician to replace the water heater's pressure valve and charge me for nothing. And the extra work for this issue may not cause by them. They made me moved again and again. To me, this family base company has world class quality. I highly recommend them to families who are looking for good service for install HVAC and maintain service.

Could not be happier with my service and experience end-to-end from Arctic Air. Greg was my installation advisor and was very friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process, design, and options and get us scheduled for emergency boiler replacement. The office was also very communicative and followed up with calls and texts regarding my service appointment.

On installation day, the primary technician Dan and his crew were awesome and efficient, giving me a brand new, shiny boiler with new copper pipes, fittings, the whole nine, within a full day’s work. I now have a new quality system that should hopefully last for years to come. Will continue to use Arctic Air for my HVAC needs from now on, highly recommended!

I usually don’t do things like this but I had the best experience with my generator installation team Brian and Emmitt are two of the hardest workers I ever had they’re totally professional and extremely knowledgeable with their business. They did an excellent job both took pride in their work and paying attention to detail.

We connected with Arctic through Home Depot for AC System checkup. Scheduling was super easy. The technician Richie Morales arrived on time and checked the system thoroughly, provided tips on regular maintenance of the system and answered all queries very patiently. I found Richie very knowledgeable and focused on his work. Overall a wonderful customer service experience, would definitely recommend.

Tyler was great. When he arrived he explained the basics of what the service entailed and what he was going to do, put his shoe protectors on and got to work. As he was going along he explained what he was doing and clarified a few questions that I had. He really did a great job and when he needed a little bit more information he was able to get it from the office very quickly. This was a great value and a great service

Hired them on Home Depot for a routine AC maintenance. Eric was very polite and knowledgeable. When one of my AC systems went off by its own, we knew something was not right. Eric discussed with me about the potential causes, and told me the cost of diagnosis up front. After the diagnosis, he laid out the options to move forward and answered all my questions without any pressure on me to purchase anything. I feel very comfortable and in control of the whole process, while being fully informed.
Overall, I’m very happy with their maintenance service. Highly recommended.

These guys were great! From the sales/estimator Chris to the installers Tony & his team I had not 1 complaint, except that I didn't find them last year! They removed the unit in my attic & condenser outside, replaced them with a highly rated system & fixed a bunch of issues to make it work better than before. It wasn't just a rip & replace, they fixed the things that they felt were done improperly the first time. I already sent them an email to start a contract for yearly AC & Heating checkups. Very happy with their work!

Excellent installation job for a whole house humidifier! Leo and Jose were our technicians and they great work. The system was installed with no issues and the work was done cleanly and aesthetically pleasing. The system had made our house much more comfortable and was well worth the money. We certainly plan on using them again for other projects.

To start we found an issue with our home on a Sunday and the CS rep Lisa Marie was so kind and scheduled us for the following day. The service on my A/C today was fantastic. The technician, Rich Morales, couldn’t be any better. He knew all that was necessary to complete an excellent service visit and even made some suggestions about my air purifier. Again, this was a perfect service call completed in a very efficient way.

Used Arctic Air for the first time today. I will be using them again. The customer service is excellent and there were no hidden fees for the job as you will find with so many other plumbing companies. The job was done right. The best part was the tech - Byron. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He completed the job and cleaned up the whole area that he worked on. He is such an asset to this company. I will recommend him to anyone I knew if they ever need plumbing work done.

Morris is as honest as they come. I knew a lot about the unit but he knew much more. He showed me in black and white the problem. I had three other companies and he was the only one that gave a proper and fair diagnosis. I will take his advice and he will do any and all work related to this job. Good man. Big heart. Great guy.

This is our second time working with Alex from Arctic Air. We had a new AC and air handler installer at the end of 2022, and knew that we’d trust Arctic Air with any projects we had moving forward. Replacing the hot water heater was the next item on our to do list. Alex came out to meet with us to review all options and was able to schedule our installation within a few days! The installers did a great job on install day, and a technician came was dispatched to us early the following day when we had a question about the operation of the new unit. All in all we had a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Arctic Air to anyone in the area.

I had a great experience with this company. Russell came out to give me a quote on new HVAC and humidifier and was very patient explaining all the options and was a pleasure to work with. Walter and Sam and their crew installed all the equipment and did an amazing job - very courteous and meticulous. I would’ve replaced my system years ago if I knew how easy it was with Arctic Air!

Our experience with Arctic Air on April 30th, 2024, went very smoothly. Total conversion from old Oil Furnace and A/C to new Lennox Natural Gas Furnace and New A/C in an older Freehold home. Your salesperson Connor came across as honest and knowledgeable. The proposal was concise and clear unlike the others I received. Your install team Walter, Nazarrii and Manu were polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I felt comfortable with them in my home. The cleanup and detail were perfect. Your office staff were responsive to my calls.
In the past I had a bad experience with another HVAC firm who services my furnace and was worried about getting ripped off. Connor got me a reference who calmed me down.

If you don't know about Arctic Air, you are missing out! I've been using their service since 2002 for my heating/air-conditioning maintenance. I recently decided to get a battery back-up system for my sump pump and decided to try their newly added plumbing service. Charlie A. came out and spent some time looking over the situation and offering me advice, options, and estimates. After I made a decision about what I wanted to do, I called for an appointment--they were able to schedule me within days of calling. P.J. did the installation and was a pleasure to work with. He showed me everything he did, explained what all the components were and how it all worked. He was polite, professional, and thorough. Of all the things I like about Arctic Air, I like their employees the best. In all these years, I have never had someone come to my house that caused me concern or did not have my confidence. If you do the math, that's at least twice a year for 22 years (plus a couple repairs over time)--about 50 visits and they were all great techs! They have a really good office staff too!

We took up the offer advertised through Home Depot to have an air conditioning checkup and made the appointment with ease. Arctic Air was easy to schedule, in fact we had to modify the appointment due to a conflict and they accommodated our date change.

Prior to Artic Air arriving at our home, the company sent us an email with description and name of our technician so there were no surprises at the door. Tyler did a wonderful job and was very pleasant as he went about his work. We have two units in two different sections of the attic, however, Tyler ensured he went up into the attic and cared for both units, as well as replaced the filters.

We will definitely use Arctic Air again and would even request Tyler - he was really great!

Our service professional Chen was on time and quick with his assessment. He was thorough with his inspections, made everything easy to understand, and was friendly. I would recommend Artic and would use them again.
