What an amazing find! Milk Tea and Fruit teas were delicious! We also ordered some food options that were also very tasty! They have some daily specials. Highly recommend!

First time visiting this place. Nice location with lots of parking. I ordered Thai Tea with Lychee Pop Boba and Mango Jelly toppings. It is Prefectly made. I will definitely coming back and would definitely recommend.

Staff is very cordial and food quality is amazing. Variety is abundant and taste is worth every penny.

My wife and daughter loves this place. Their favorite compares to other Boba tea places. Their Vietnamese ice coffee is very good and very strong. Kids also love the waffles and overall atmosphere there

Great little place for speciality coffee! The prices are great, and the coffee was amazing! We bought like 8 cups and they were all great! I totally recommend! We will be back!

Stopped by while in town this past weekend.I got the coconut milk tea with pineapple jelly, taste just like a pina colada! My only regret was not getting the large! Perfect refresher on a hot humid day. Quick service, and clean environment.

Great bubble tea and Vietnamese food stop. Though they have a small menu, it's authentic and you can see the quality and care in all they do. Their bubble tea is also better than other places we've had them at.

Love love love this place!! We had a big order today of honey dew tea, rose tea, mango slush, 2 bahn mis, and 2 egg waffles (one didn't make it through the car ride cuz it was just too irresistible 🤤🍴). Would recommend it all! Especially over just a regular boba chain like KFT bc they offer so much more at a better price!

Banh mi is a Vietnamese sandwich and they make them so well! If you've never had one just ask them the ingredients first :).

Egg waffles were super warm and light, perfect mix of crunchy and soft!

The boba was all super flavorful and nothing like boba half filled with ice xD! You can customize the sugar level too.

My absolute favorite boba place around. I’ve tried Kung fu tea, gong cha and more but nothing beats this place. You can tell their boba is fresh and I like how they have a little card that you stamp for a reward. The staff is super friendly even when I’ve come in around closing time. I will continue to go here for my regular passion fruit tea with boba! I highly recommend

This is hands down the best place I've been to for bubble teas. Their service and the quality/taste is phenomenal. I want to try all their flavors but I just cant get enough of the Honey Dew Milk tea. That's my favorite and ill recommend that to anyone!

Delicious boba tea and food to snack on. If I lived closer it would probably be my go to shop for boba.

good boba, fried stuff is good, bobaristas are quick and take their time, and it’s a really cute atmosphere with a cute vending machine and anime posters etc

Have been coming here for 4 years now, and the
service and food are still the same great quality. I love that they changed the presentation of their drink cups, very creative! If you’re into anime you’ll enjoy dining in at this place 👌🏽

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. I’m new to tea and asked the very friendly staff member for help. She was helpful, kind and just *nice*. My daughter has had boba tea before and loved her drink. I had the strawberry coco-it was so good! Sweet & refreshing on a hot day. We also got lunch-chicken tender & fries-which was made fresh while we waited. We will definitely be back!

The best bubble tea yet - fairly priced and great taste. They have a huge variety to select from. My favourite is the Thai tea flavor(5⭐).
Onion rings are good though small portion. They have other interesting items on the menu too - waiting to try them on my upcoming visits!

this is the best Boba place in my area. I would recommend to everybody I know. they never disappoint. after a long workday This was a refreshing treat.
