Had to take care of several accounts at the back and Crystal was not only helpful, she was knowledgeable too. Excellent customer services at a local bank… it’s a pleasure to have that as a resource nearby!

Total lack of profecionalism, good manners, and presentation.The lady that work with me had food all over her desk, despite being a supervisor. She was rushing me, talking at a commet speed, maybe because was friday! Sorry Madam, in America we work six days and some banks are even open on Sundays. She did not even process my online banking! and during our interation was displaying a petulant condencendency toward my person. What a way to treat clients!
I do not recommend this branch.

The worst experience working with them after closing !! I regret choosing them to service my home loan. They screwed up some info in the system and I’m unable to even pay my loan online , over the phone , or in the branch. I’ve been calling for two weeeks straight , wait times over an hour. My loan officer Dwain D. hasn’t been helpful in trying to help me figure this out. It’s really been a headache. Please choose someone else to service your loan.

They ignored me by the drive through window for 8 min till the bank closed.
