Excellent service. Fast completion of work. It literally took days to complete our siding and gutters. Not months like the other jobs that were done on our street by other companies. Ralph, Wes and the rest of the crew were great to work with. Highly recommend this company for reasonable pricing and efficiency.

Exterior Improvements remodeled the entire outside of my house, including my detached three car garage. I had major hail damage, and when I called Exterior, the owner, Ken Dinkel, was at my house the next day. While discussing the details of my repairs, it was evident that Ken is a solid businessman. He’s direct and honest, and because of his extensive knowledge of the trade, his approach is genuine. Exterior’s response time to my calls and/or texts never exceeded an hour. The home improvement process can be quite stressful, given the magnitude of work that is required; however, my personal experience was seamless, and that is explicitly a result of the company I chose. Ken Dinkel is, by far, a class act, and his company is in a class of its own.

Discovered an issue with our roof caps. Reached out to Ken who was extremely responsive and coordinated a repair as soon as possible. Evandro performed the repair and communicated during all steps of the repair process and also provided before and after photos. Would definitely recommend for any roofing needs! Very positive customer service experience.

Sean Bruff was sales manager who helped on the services of roof replacement, gutters, chimney painting and power wash. I am satisfied with all services they provided. Sean is very polite and resposive. He gave good info and scheduled serives on time. Kevin, the owner also gave me followup call to make sure that everything went fine and whether I am satisfied. In April our home was hit by a Tornado. We sustained extensive damage to our roof and siding. From the first conversation with Ken through the final resolution, he was professional and committed to our claim. He assured us that everything would be ok and kept us at ease during a very stressful situation. Throughout the process he was available 24/7 and personally came to our home on multiple occasions to assure everything was progressing. We contacted Exterior Improvements in March of 2021 to get an estimate on siding our log home. Ken came and met with my husband (my husband built our home) and me. Ken was responsive to our needs and what we wanted done. We had also contacted two other contractors and received estimates from all three. After deciding to go with Ken, we discussed other exterior projects including solar and a new roof. Ken told us that he could also handle the roof, resubmitted an estimate, and gave us the name of a solar company he works with. We also contacted two other solar companies for estimates. One refused to give an estimate and the other never got back to us. Due to supply chain issues and various other setbacks not caused by Exterior Improvements, the project was finally finished in January 2022. We love the work. We love the look. Every sub-contractor they sent was professional and friendly. My husband stayed on-site throughout to oversee the work. He was happy as well.

On a side note - our neighbors asked us about the solar company we used and decided to use the same group for their house.

Exterior Improvements was wonderful to work with. Ken kept me informed on my job progress (gutter installation and siding repair) at all times. Their price was very reasonable. The job was a bit tricky since we had to match 15 year-old siding, but Ken got the material and matched it perfectly. The crew that replaced the damaged siding was polite, personable, and professional doing the job perfectly and leaving the job site immaculate. The gutter crew made some good recommendations and had the installation done flawlessly working efficiently and skillfully. I would not hesitate a second to call upon Exterior Improvements if needed and recommend them without reservation. Good people.

Ken and the team did a great job putting a new roof on my father's house. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. He got the new roof paid for through insurance from Ken's recommendation. I have nothing but great things to say about this business and would recommend them to anyone!

We recently used the services of exteriors improvement to replace our 30+ year old roof. We were very pleased with the professionalism and fast follow up from Ken Dinkel. We did request the quote a few months ago and received a very detailed and reasonable offer. Ken was very knowledgeable, patient and provided us his suggestion based on his experience. We are 1st time homeowner and replacing the roof was a 1st so we had a very great experience dealing with Ken as he was able to give us precious advises.
Ken contacted us when the weather was favorable and had his crew come to the work! We were very impressed on how fast the roof was replaced, it took less than a day to get the old roof removed and new roof installed. With COVID we didn’t have to interact with the crew unless we wanted to. They came on time and worked really hard until the job was completed and the surrounding cleaned up.
Really a great experience and I would definitely recommend the services from exteriors improvements. We also replaced the gutter and same great experience the crew came for a few hours and cleared all up.
We are now thinking to contract them again for a few more improvement our house needs.

These guys came and exceeded my expectations fully. I am a contractor and know how hard it can be to find people who will do what they say they will. That being said they were very fair with the price and the work was done timely, clean and everything turned out great. They even checked back with me on their own a few different times to make sure everything was to my liking. A+ contractor and I will definitely be using them again for my gutters very soon. Overall wonderful experience!

The whole job was performed exactly as planned and the results were really a great product.

The five star rating is real. The recent windstorm tore a few pieces of vinyl siding off our home. The repair was not a large job and I feared we would have to wait weeks to have such a small job repaired. I took a chance and started the Internet search for a vinyl siding repair company. I called Exterior Improvements and left a message before the office was open.

I promptly received a call back and worked out the details of the repair. In this day and age when customer service can be lacking, Exterior Improvements displayed excellent customer service. The technician arrived promptly the same day and made the repair. The fee was very reasonable, thankfully we were able to sleep that night without siding pieces banging against the house.

Do call this company for your needs. They are courteous, professional and communicative. I will definitely be using their services again.

Exterior Improvements did a great job in capping our home's fascia board. Ken is very professional and clearly explained to my husband and I the options that are available. The quality of their work was excellent. Even though we were only looking to cap the fascia board, Exterior Improvements still took the job while other companies I called only want to take on a bigger contracts. We definitely will recommend them and will call them first next time we have a bigger exterior project.
