We ordered balloons, bought several party items for an upcoming event, and received free exemplary service from both the owner and her employees. They accommodated our requests and were extremely helpful. The owner even went out of her way to tie beautiful ribbons on our balloons. They are clearly delighted to serve customers. All in all, a wonderful experience. :)

My sister and I went to party fair looking for decorations for my niece party and they had everything we were looking for. There was an older lady that worked there she was so funny and pleasant. She joked and laughed with us and it really made my night. I love when the staff has a good attitude.

Very personable and knowledgeable. They helped me with some planning for my wife's 40th birthday and their customer service was noticeably better than other local party stores I had been to. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely go back.

Workers are polite we went there 10 minutes before closing and they have no problem with that even though we were fast in and out everything that we needed is always available
