Is Good Doctor

Muy buen medico.

Submitted all my information, arrived 10 mins before the time they indicated (15 mins before the appointment), talked to the receptionist, only to find out that the doctor is running 30 mins late if not longer, and have been offered to reschedule. Asked to check, and they said they won’t since the doctor is with a patient. And it’s pouring outside :/
Hard to recommend this place based on my experience.

Terrible staff, as soon as you call they throw you on hold without asking questions. Our office called for over an hr to try to reach the doctor for our doctor to speak with regarding a patient being sent to the hospital. I asked the girl to not throw me on hold so I could get a sentence out and she threw me on hold without hearing a sentence. He just needs a new staff.

Very lousy customer service. The secretary has no service skills. They cancelled and appointment with less that 12 hours notice and never even called to apologize or reschedule like humans do.

The carpet, patients waiting, got on time for first appointment and waited 30 mnn. Secretary didnt have an appointment for me. I cannot comment on the Doctor since I didnt see him.
