Gluten Free Waffles(blueberries & whipped cream on top), 2 eggs over easy, sausages, and bacon. My hubby had a Skillet.

Delicious Food, Generous Portions, and Friendly Service described my experience at the Apple Valley Pancake House! Food was served hot and fresh. Will definitely return when I’m in the area. You may need to make reservations ahead of time as it gets busy on Saturdays especially!

Tried for the first time on Thursday morning, and our experience was yummy!!! Special #2 had all the favorites: French toast, eggs, bacon, AND sausage. Country Benedict, what more could you want. "Perfectly poached eggs," was my husband's description. Packages were not. 👌 we were there for breakfast and didn't leave hungry.

While I'm usually more of a French toast or pancake person, I opted for a waffle. It was light and fluffy on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside, but not so crispy that you destroy the inside of your mouth taking a bite.

There are a lot of options on the menu and a good amount of gluten free items for those needing GF. I think that is important to note because it's hard to find places with GF.

Formerly best breakfast in Appleton, now best breakfast in Neenah with a new Appleton location coming soon. I was heartbroken when I found out this restaurant closed. Then I moved out of state. THEN overjoyed to find out it reopened. What do I do the next time I'm back in Wisconsin?? COME TO APPLE VALLEY PANCAKE HOUSE!! Best skillets in the world bar none. And not to mention the friendly service you'd expect from a local diner. Can't wait to come back again, the food and service has always been top notch. Thank you, AVPH, for giving the community what it needs: a solid place to come and have breakfast. We salute you.

OMG the food is amazing! We go there for breakfast and the food is always delish. My new favorite breakfast spot! The place is small but the food is worth it! Also love how whole menu available at any time. Ive had dinner for breakfast many times there. Plus the prices are awesome for the fabulous food you get.

Thank you for making my birthday breakfast in the middle of a huge storm that morning. My sister had flown in special from CA and this was our one day to celebrate being together. The Banana Carmel Waffle is smashing good. Everyone loves the food and atmosphere. We will definitely return.

I was so happy to hear about the reopening at a new location in Neenah. I love the food and the service here. I am also happy to find out they are opening a second location in Appleton again. A treat you definitely want to experience, whether a local resident or visiting the area.

Excellent experience. The new owner of this building did a great job updating the interior from when it was Bradke's. This place used to feel like a greasy dive, but now it's updated and infused with a nice touch of class. Our food was prepared and presented in the same way. Classic, yet classy. Highly recommend

The waitstaff was very friendly and upbeat. I kept changing my order and the waitress was so patient with me. Coffee were kept warm and full. Everyone's breakfast was delicious. You can tell that the cooks care through their attention to detail and quality of ingredients. Everyone was left completely stuffed. My mom got crepes, I got an omelet, and my husband had chicken fried steak. All were better than we expected. They even put a lit candle in my omelet when they heard it was my birthday! Ample parking and we were seated right away. It's worth the drive to Neenah from wherever you are coming from. Highly recommended!

THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES! We've made Apple Valley our regular Friday morning date place. Friendly wait staff, excellent prices, and huge portions of all our favorite breakfasts.

Fantastic food and huge portions. The price was appropriate for the quality of the food. Service was great too. My server Lilia had a nice smile and was very friendly. They also have someone always going around asking people if they'd like refills on their coffee. Great addition to the breakfast scene in Neenah.

In town visiting and this was such a great place to stop for breakfast. Food was delicious, staff was so kind and helpful, cute atmosphere. Will be coming back!

Stopped for a quick lunch on the ride back home. Excellent service and food. I had chicken dumpling soup and a Turkey Avocado Club sandwich. The inside decorated cute and the place was spotless including the bathroom. Will be back.

This was my 1st time coming here. My friend and I wanted to check it out after all the great things we had been hearing. We decided to get a breakfast dish and a lunch dish as we couldn't make up our mind on all the awesome options to choose from. Looking at the different items people around us we getting made us think about what we'd order next time. Their skillets are ginormous, along with their omelets. You'll definitely be leaving with boxes like we did. Can't wait to go back again soon!

Great new breakfast place in Neenah that serves all the staple breakfast foods. Good food, friendly service, and fast delivery. Not too busy early in the morning.

We both had the skillets, and they were so yummy. The American fries were sliced thin like chips, so fun and different. My husband loved that the mushrooms in his were super fresh. Our waitress was attentive and kind. We will be back!
