Premier Properties of New Brunswick: Rutgers Off Campus Housing

It is with pleasure that I recommend Premier Properties to Rutgers students looking for off campus apartments.
Several of their properties are a few short blocks to College Ave. There are many food options within walking distance and they are close to everything!
My son received his apartment extremely clean and well kept. He has a parking spot adjacent to the building which is convenient.
As for the interior of his studio, there is a large amount of cabinet space and the bathroom is a nice size!
As for safety, there are security cameras in the front and back of the building.
Property management has been friendly, understanding and professional to deal with. Whether I have called the office directly or sent an email, I have always received a fast response.
They have a portal that makes it easy to submit monthly rent payments
or submit a ticket request if something is needed.
As for rental price value,
their prices for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment are affordable!

Renting an apartment from Premier Properties of New Brunswick has been wonderful. The apartment that I live in is beautiful and well taken care of. I feel very safe in the apartment. Whenever I have a problem, maintenance is super fast. The staff are very kind and easy to work with. Payment is very convenient. I am very grateful for the team for being so flexible and making my living experience in New Brunswick positive.

I have called my apartment "home" now for 4 years. I love how convenient it is to be able to walk to so many places. My actual apartment is huge and I love the extra den it has and the high ceilings being on the top floor. Premier Properties has been great to work with. It is a college town, so it can get noisy but management has been quick to address any issues including noise problems with neighbors. I feel like they listen and actual care about my living experience. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Premier and would recommend.

I have been renting with Premier Properties for a little over a year now and could not be more pleased with my expereinces. Having moved out from the Midwest I didn't realize it would be so difficult to find a place to rent in New Brunswick. However, they went above and beyond. They helped find a location that was in my budget, and got me out of an Airbnb before the week was out.

I currently reside in the same apartment and can confidently say it has been my favorite "home" to date. The facilities feel safe, well maintained, and friendly. I love my space and always feel like it is clean and comfortable. If I ever have issues they are quickly resolved and my questions promptly answered.

I extended my lease last year and plan to do the same this year! They have so many different options depending on the kind of community you're hoping to live in and have a very professional staff. I hope I can continue to rent moving forward and highly recomend these properties to any students who are struggling with off-campus options.

I’m a travel nurse in the area temporarily. My interaction with Mitch and the staff at PP has been stellar. They even furnished an apt for me. I’ve found them very responsive and attentive to my needs. It’s made having a home away from home a great experience.

It’s an amazing experience at Premier Property. It is the best apartment on the prime location in the area. The apartment is very spacious, clean, renovated. The service provided by them is excellent. I never had any issues with em, I am very pleased with quick maintenance service.

Laura & Mitch are amazing. I needed somewhere to stay while in NB on a travel contract and they literally moved mountains to make it happen. The team is very easy to work with and so helpful in all capacities.

Great place to live. Excellent location especially if you’re a college student, close to all the classroom on college ave. Super sweet and helpful staff in the leasing office that are there whenever you need them.

I was a resident of this property my senior year of college at Rutgers and I could not have asked for a better place to live. The staff was phenomenal and always so attentive and helpful when needed. Great distance to everything and my roommates always felt safe which is important. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for college housing!

As a father, you worry about your daughters safety living away from home.
Premier Properties had everthing we were looking for when it came to this concern.
The staff and maintenance are pleasant, quick to answer questions and fix any issues that may arise in the apartment.

In short, the best place to live in the Rutgers Campus area by far.

Over the past year and half, doing business with Premiere Properties has been absolutely outstanding. Every single problems I had was solved immediately. Broken Heat? Done the next day. Suddenly need a parking space? No problem. Need other apartment residences to quiet down? Didn't have to ask a second time. The staff were always ready and able to meet and even exceed my needs.

I lived at my apartment during my senior year and wished I had discovered Premiere Properties sooner. If their prices are within your range, look no further. Take a room tour, sign the lease, and enjoy exceptional service.

By far the best apartments in New Brunswick. I have lived here for the past two years and just resigned my lease for a third year. The units are very spacious with 9ft ceilings and a beautiful 100sq ft study. Definitely worth the price for the space that you get. The office managers are very helpful and they make sure any issues in the building are taken care as soon as possible.

Just signed my lease with Premier earlier this week and it was so easy! The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. They even took the time to drive me over and show me the apartment. Everyone in their office is so welcoming. The staff does a great job of explaining every last detail of the lease and their expectations of their tenants. I would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking for student and/or downtown living in New Brunswick. I cannot wait to move in!!

My apartment (32 Union St) was in a great location, within walking distance of the College Ave campus, many restaurants, the train station, and downtown New Brunswick. The underground parking garage is super useful, especially in the winter when you don't have to dig out your car after a snowstorm. The staff responded to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner and were in general very helpful.

One of the best apartments for students and young professionals in New Brunswick. Personally, I love how beautiful yet affordable the studio apartments are . Probably the least expensive studio apartments in this area with the Rutgers campus being few mins away. The entire management team and the manager Laura are extremely responsive, kind and helpful. Also the maintenance requests are completed immediately.

Our experience with Premier Properties has been great!!! My daughter is a grad student at Rutgers, and has rented an apartment from Premier Properties since last year. Together we researched places for her to rent and we ended up getting a beautiful studio apartment through Premier Properties at a very reasonable price. These are good people who have been amazing help to us. We live several hundred miles away from New Brunswick, yet I feel like my daughter is with family with the Premier Properties staff there. Seriously. When we moved my daughter in, it was just me trying to move furniture in by carrying it up stairs to an upper level unit. One of the Premier Properties employees had a brother who lived in one of the units on the first floor. No sooner than I started carrying things up the stairs he was helping me carry the furniture. LOL, we all worked like dogs that day. Another employee introduced herself and said she also stayed in one of the other units, and to feel free to ask her for help if we ever needed anything. Over the past year there have been times when we needed help with something (different things) and the PP staff are amazing to quickly help. I am very thankful we found Premier Properties. These are good, trustworthy people. The apartment we rent is an amazing value too.

I have lived at one of the properties for over three years and the main office has always been extremely responsive to any questions. The apartment itself and building has been amazing! The hallways/common areas are frequently cleaned and well maintained. They were very flexible about extending the lease to a month-to-month.

I LOVED living at one of their Union street locations. Although the unit was a studio, it was spacious and had a very “at home” feel to it. Management was always extremely friendly and cordial whenever I had questions or concerns. The location was also incredible being only a short distance to Rutgers campus (one block away from college ave), around the corner from some of the best bars in New Brunsiwck and only a 7 minute walk to the train station. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

The absolute best property management, customer service and people you can ever meet. Any slight problem you could ever run into they will deal with in a professional and timely manner. Everyone in the office is friendly and extremely helpful. I could go on and on about how much I love this company. Thank you for providing the best housing in New Brunswick and possibly all of NJ. I could scream it from the roof tops how amazing these people are.

Laura at Premier was SO helpful! I was supposed to move out 5/25 but could not find a new apartment, so after asking if I could extend my lease, Laura made arrangements for the new tenant to get a better room for them so that I could stay in my apartment for another 2 months. It was a life saver! I really appreciated her help, I didn’t ask her to go above and beyond but she did. She could easily have said “sorry but we already rented your room to a new tenant” but instead she said “let me do what I can”, and she did!
