Bar Louie - Brunswick Square

This resturaunt was absolutely atrocious for a while there, my wife and I had no been in a very long time.
Daniel changed all that. His personality created such a good atmosphere for our date night that we will absolutely be back.
The new manager Austin checked on us to make sure all our dishes came out correctly and boy did they!

Had such an amazing time at Bar Louie! The place had this awesome vibe that instantly made me feel at home. You've got to meet Ramsey, the manager – he's just the friendliest person ever, and he's from Cleveland, Ohio. Right from the start, he made us feel super welcome, which really set the tone for the night.

Steve, one of the guys working at the bar, deserves a shoutout too. He checked in on us regularly, making sure we were having a good time. And let me tell you about Susie, the bartender – she's a rockstar! Her drinks were seriously out of this world. I can't stop raving about her Grand Lemon Drop Martini – it's like a flavor explosion in the best way possible. Oh, and the Envy Martini? It was like sipping on gummy bears, and surprisingly good!

Now, onto the other drinks. The Pineapple Express Sangria was like summer in a glass, so fruity and refreshing. And don't even get me started on the Strawberry Lemonade Sangria – that was a whole new level of delicious.

To balance out the sips, we dug into the Chicken Nachos. Let me tell you, those nachos were more than just nibbles – they were downright scrumptious. The flavors all came together so perfectly, and they were the ideal match for the drinks.

All in all, Bar Louie totally won me over with its cozy vibes. Ramsey, Steve, and Susie made us feel like old friends, and the drinks and bites were on point. I'll definitely be making my way back for more of that Grand Lemon Drop Martini and good times!

I have to say this place has really stepped it up food and service wise. Daniel is an amazing waiter and we request him everytime we come in, he anticipates our needs and always has a joke ready. Management is also so much better, Austin is amazing and accommodating(we've got allergies in our party), he's a HUGE step up from the previous management.
Lastly the chicken fingers are amazing!

Amour was absolutely amazing at Bar Louie's tonight! It was such a nice way to end a rough Monday work day teaching. She was so kind, friendly & attentive! The drinks were delicious & the food was perfect! I will absolutely be back. Thank you Amour!!!

I like the interior, it is spacious and nice. What I really love is the outdoor sitting area, it is very fancy and pleasant. It was windy today so we couldn’t sit outside. Food is great. I can say that the avocado toast I had was the best I have ever had. Perfect blend of flavors, mouthwatering. Staff were on point. The interaction and friendliness made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go again and again.

Taylor was great ! I felt very comfortable here, and the food and drinks were good ! I loved the envy and the beach bum martinis. The gastroburger and seared salmon were delicious. Overall good experince, thank you !

Simple nachos with a friend, would recommend coming back for live entertainment.
Update: I'm still waiting for the live entertainment but we met a awesome Bartender named Mango. She had a great memory w our orders like food and drinks, she didn't have to write anything down, plus got it write.
She served great drink's, nice conversation, attentive, and remember other customers drink's that they ordered w/o having to write them down.

We arrived at about 7 pm and were told that there was a 25 minute wait for outdoor seating (tons of empty tables- so presumably due to lack of staffing) or 20 minute wait for the bar seating, but immediate seating available inside. As we were walking towards our table, out of nowhere, the General manager asked us if we preferred inside our outdoor seating. We advised him we preferred outdoor.. on such a beautiful night. He immediately sat us outside and we had great service from our waitress who was also training another waitress. The food and drink were also great that evening.

Barbecue boneless wings with amazing house made ranch, must try the ranch! Cheese curds with marinara and ranch. One of the few spots open late and the kitchen is open all night too. Patio seating is also amazing when the temperature is right!

Great place. Got there on Wednesday around 4 pm, so it was not super busy. I had experienced amazing customer service by Angela. Angela was down to earth and easy going but still very professional.

They have one of the best chicken quesadillas i’ve ever tried! They also have amazing sauces, so every snack is delicious just because of the sauce.

The chocolate cake could have been more chocolatey and less sugary, but it was still decent.

Overall, it’s a great quality and the atmosphere is nice! The interior is well made compared to other bars in NJ. It looks especially good on evenings outside, very cozy and fun atmosphere!

Amazing atmosphere, my husband and I were very well received by a tall guy and a girl who speaks Spanish! I was delighted with the bar and the service, in addition to having good drinks and a wonderful burger. I will definitely come back more often

We had the Best time! Our server Taylor was awesome! The bartenders were so great about making our special Birthday celebration drinks. We had the Trio Dips & Chips and the Spinach and artichoke dip, both were great choices. We will definitely be back soon!

Went here for a casual get together with friends . Food, drinks were absolutely good and worth the money you spent . Our waitress Taylor was amazing and her service was splendid . She suggested us the best and made sure the service provided was best too . Thanks Team Bar Louie for giving us a good place to have good food and memories .👍

Went last week and want to shout out bartenders Amour and Stephen! Excellent service, quick drinks and fun atmosphere. Will definitely recommend to my friends

This was our first time, and the food and service exceeded our expectations. Our server Kayla was super sweet and attentive. We ordered the voodoo pasta and pepperoni pizza and they were delicious. The drinks were also great!

Came here with 2 girlfriends on a Wednesday, it was empty but Brooklyn Ang was awesome. She was lively, personable and attentive.
We tried a few different signature drinks, recommended by Angie and they were all delicious. Food was good and atmosphere pleasant.

Food was great. I asked for a modification to a menu item and it wasn't a problem. service was great. It was a Sunday so atmosphere was very sedate.

Suzy and Ed’s performance behind the bar today was exceptionally stellar! Ed’s nonchalant description of their ALL NEW tostada burger was absolutely mouth watering. He is always here right on top of things to make sure I know the happy hour specials. Who doesn’t appreciate that?!! And it delivered! Suzy’s Grand Lemon Drop was second only to her welcoming energetic personality! All in all a winner! As a frequent patron of Bar Louie, I would love to see Suzy get more time to shine behind the bar. As I will be there again in the near future.
