I’ve been going to Dr Noveck for many years. He is an amazing diagnostician. He takes his time and is thorough during examinations. He has a wonderful bedside manner and he has saved my life more than once.

Dr. Noveck, has been my cardiologist for nearly 4 years now. I’m originally from PA where I a wonderful bond and experiences with my physicians out there. When it was time to move on and look for new doctors, here in NJ, I was terrified. Thank God I meet DR. Noveck. His care, professionalism and knowledge went beyond my expectations. I trust him with my life.

They may be highly qualified , but some of the staff is really rude. Lack of tact. In the time ( 1.5 ) hours I waited , could have driven to Philadelphia and be seen by a cardiologist @ PennMed. I probably will find a physician in one of their NJ locations. I have used Penn Med for surgery twice and they are pretty good about keeping on schedule. I do not mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but I will bet I will be cooling my heels for at least 2 hours. Also they have one of the worst phone systems I have encountered!

The doctor is good but the staff is terrible. Inattentive and absent minded. The wait is very long and it’s not because the doctor is seeing a lot of patients but because the staff is so disorganized. We waited for an hour and a half with only 2 patients ahead of us. And then the staff forgot to call the pharmacy to order medication and my mom was left without her essential medication (for her heart condition) for the entire weekend. What a mess!!

This is not the kind of office where you can get individualized care with compassion. I contacted this office so many times to get basic information and the first time I called, someone left me on hold then hung up the phone. The second time I called, I explained what was needed and then got transferred to a line where no one answered. There are so many things wrong with this office. To name a few reasons why I am rating this as a 1 star: Respectfully, Dr. Noveck is too old to still be in practice. His appointments aren’t thorough. The front desk staff has no idea what they’re doing. In desperate times, anyone can be hired and it shows that you need no qualifications to take part in the care of patients here. It took weeks to get my mother’s medical records faxed to her new Cardiologist and to Disability Assistance Services. The office is completely unorganized and I have yet to meet someone who demonstrates professional manners. My mom does not have the common cold. She has a serious cardiac condition so we would expect some form of understanding and diligence. I cannot recommend this doctor or practice to anyone else unfortunately.

Money hungry office. They are so nice when making appointments especially for costly tests but after that, no satisfaction at all. I saw Dr Novek for issues seen on previous tests, heart palpitations and info my cardiac output so I can tie off my dialysis fistula which I haven't used in 16 yrs. I had the stress test and didn't receive results even after I called twice. 2 weeks later I went back to see another dr for having palpitations that lasted all day for 2 days, as Dr Novek was on vacation Other dr recommended heart monitor which didn't come in until a week & 1/2 later. I was called by staff to say heart monitor was normal. Neither doctor ever followed up to answer my questions but I did get 2 large bills. Due to my deductible the dr vists added up to $1200. I started to pay $200 and after my 2nd payment, they sent it to collections. Now I have to look for another cardiologist and go thru the process again.
