Best Dental care I’ve ever received! I have extreme dental anxiety from bad experiences as a child. Every visit I’m welcomed with many smiles and kindness. Staff members understand my mental health and have been so helpful with working through it with me. Instead of being degraded about my oral hygiene, my care team is so kind with offering solutions to my oral issues, how to overcome my anxiety, and even gave me great feedback and motivation on how to keep up the good work. I have had 2 emergency visits, and both times I felt welcomed and I felt that I received the care I needed. I didn’t feel rushed on to get to the next patient. I love how thorough each appointment is and how much everyone cares about you. The dental care feels personal, and I’m happy to finally find a dentist office that is full of love and passion for their profession and patients.

Had a great experience with Elite Smiles. Lisa was great and was very gentle with the cleaning. I also appreciate the professionalism of everyone and that they take time to explain everything.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scharine for almost thirty years. Before seeing him, I had some very painful dental experiences that left me with a lot of anxiety regarding dental care. I have needed several root canals over the years. Dr.Scharine always made sure I was comfortable and did not experience ANY pain! He is so kind and gentle. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. His assistants and office staff are also amazing! In all the years I have been going here, I have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. The dentist I had she was wonderful and so was the assistant. They did exactly what I asked them to do and didn’t give me any issues and they try their best to make u as comfortable as possible. This is definitely hands down my new favorite dental office and I will be coming back.

The entire staff is so kind, thoughtful and caring! Great chair side manner and Dr. Pflum explains every concern and all options of treatment to the patient. They check with insurance prior to treatment so there is no confusion or concern in regards to cost. Very informative! I want to add that my teeth are extremely sensitive and they made sure to apply an application to my teeth to help prevent any discomfort. What a great experience!

I do not like going to the dentist. I arrive anxious and leave sweaty and drained— even for a basic cleaning. It was almost eight years between visits for me until I started with Elite Smiles (Wisconsin Ave, Appleton).

While I’m still anxious and drained respectively, I very much look forward interacting and learning from my hygienist, Joelle. She is an absolute stellar professional and extremely personable. This combination is rare in any industry, perhaps doubly so in the dental realm where the professional has to do most of the talking for obvious reasons.

It is very much thanks to her and the rest of the friendly staff at Elite Smiles (Wisc. Ave, Appleton) that I went from avoiding the dentist for a decade to showing up early for my regular six-month cleaning and checkups.

Highly recommended all around.

Everyone is always so kind and helpful! They’re always on time and provide some of the best professional assistance I’ve ever received at a dental office. I’m always provided options and not just a one solution fits all. Their billing has never had an issue and I feel like a truly valued patient when being treated, they’re my dentist for life!

Joelle is the most kind and sincere hygienist around! I don’t know what I would do without her! She truly helps my anxiety of “going to the dentist!” If you are looking for a new hygienist, please see Joelle as you will never be disappointed! She goes above and beyond to make her patients feel as ease!

I recently relocated back to my home town of Appleton and chose Elite Dental for my smile care 😁. Kind of went in blind being out of state for 15 years....but my decision was A+. Since I have healthy teeth and simply enjoy a six month checkup, I have minimal time with my doctor 👍. Thankful.,...the majority of my visit is with my hygienist Lisa .....and she rocks !! Professional, polite, friendly......AND....does a exceptional job of cleaning my teeth and also takes the time to explain steps I can take to maintain my smile. ALSO, I can hear other hygienists there (open doors) communicating with their patients and realize everyone gets that same A+ treatment.
I'm not big on making online reviews..but this one really deserves it ! Don't want to leave out the front counter ladies !!!! 👌. Excellent job Elite Smiles Dental !!! Glad to be with y'all !

When needed, the clinic was able to secure an appointment within two hours. Keylee was very collaborative and customer focused.

Dr. Edwards and her staff were incredible. They are very generous with their time and talents and did an exceptional job with my teeth. Dr. Edwards took the time to make sure I was comfortable the whole time and that I was completely satisfied before I left. I would definitely refer any one to this clinic!

I enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Edwards. She answered all my questions and her assistant is so friendly and helpful. They treated me kindly and I look forward to working with them more in the future. I'm hopeful to find help with my sleep apnea.

The staff were very kind and considerate throughout the entire appointment. I have extremely sensitive teeth and they made sure that they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I have been bouncing from dentist to dentist over the last few years to try and find one that I feel content with and I think I found it.

I have been seeing Dr.Pflum for many years. He is the best! He gives honest evaluations without sugar coating anything or trying to scare me. Assistant Megan is pretty, polite and proficient. Listening to the conversations they have while taking care of me helps take my mind off of some of the unpleasant realities of being at the dentist. I bounced around between a lot of other dentist offices before finding this dynamic duo, and cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Extremely friendly & personable staff! The dentist is usually my least favorite place to visit but I’m looking forward to going back for more dental work/cleanings with their staff. Well see how that plays out for my next review ;)
