Highly recommend! Working with Branning was the easiest part of getting my car repaired. Great customer service and communication throughout the process. Office staff were extremely helpful. Arranging a rental car was a breeze. Car came back looking great and the complementary cleaning was a great added touch!

Two weeks ago, I brought my car in from an accident that caused my front bumper to bend in. I never used Branning before and was nervous to see how the repairs would go. It took a good two weeks to get all parts replaced, but I got the car back today and the wait was worth it for how the car turned out. The team did a fantastic job and during the process I received email and phone call updates from either Kelly or Fran on how far along they were on the repairs. Great work, excellent customer service, and an easy process. All the best to the Branning Auto Body team and thank you for making my car look less like a crushed can.

Branning's Auto Body is the best around! The minute we got there Fran greeted us with a smile and checked us in. Then Wesley did the walk around and asked all the right questions. They are both so friendly and empathetic! My son was hit while parked and the damage was pretty bad. I showed a photo of the front, but the back was damaged too :( Wesley and Fran put our minds at ease immediately.) We received emails as the work was being done and they worked so fast! Had our car back in a week! As you can see they did an amazing job! Second photo! Can't tell it was ever damaged! We are so grateful and will definitely use Branning's again! Thank you Branning's!

Alex was helping coordinate repairs; she knew we had to return our lease and kept everything moving despite delays from Tesla and helped get it over the finish line in time! My review of Branning Auto Body is five stars. I will tell you why that is. Professionalisim and Courtesey. From the first day that I took my SUV to them, they have been outstanding. Lewis Ventura who was my claims appraiser is such an excellent person to work with. He had to update the estimate a couple of times, due to unforseen damage that was in the original estimate. Fran and Kelly were also excellent at not only being extremly friendly theoughout the whole process, but also keeping in great communication with me. In my case by email. Also on my first day there, they had arranged for enterprise to be their with a rental. How awesome was that! Enterprise also gets a shout out for theor professionalisim and courtesy as well! My original estimate called for four days to be completed. However, due to unforseen damage, holidays weather, parts shortages, this turned into over a month. However, it was all good for the above already mentioned reasons. I had a good rental SUV, and so as they needed to extend my repair date, so my rental was extended through my insurance. Not a big deal. I had a car to drive!!! The actual repair work looks awesome. The only thing that I would expect, which was not done, is that the interior of my SUV be cleaned. The dust from the repairs is in the whole truck. It is not a big deal to wipe everything down, but that is the only issue I have. Which is really a non issue when comapred against all of the good I have to say about them. So, do not be afaird to take your car to Branning Auto Body. You will be glad that you did!
I also was able to drop off my rental, and the said that they would handle it for me with Enterprise. That was awsome again! Thank You Branning!

Went to Branning to have my Jaguar repaired. What a great experience. The quality of work is excellent and the service is top notch. Fran and Kelly at the front desk are so nice to work with. They provided me frequent updates as to the status of my repairs and were always so pleasant.

My experience with Branning’s Auto Body was hassle free! From the initial phone call to schedule my repairs all the way to the day I picked up my vehicle. Everyone kept me in communication step by step with the process of my repairs and I couldn’t have been happier with the results! I recently had my car fixed at Branning. A commercial truck hit my little Mazda3 at a stop sign, so although I was stopped and he was barely moving, there was quite a bit of damage to my car (damageto several panels/ areas to the rear passenger side).

My dad had previously used the branning in Princeton and had a great experience, but since I live in EB, I decided to use this location after reading all the amazing reviews.

Fran and Kelly were the ladies at the front desk and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. They called me when they had trouble reaching the insurance company for the supplement, so it didn't delay repairs longer. They also emailed me updates on when the car was finished with the body work, when it was being painted, and when it was in line to be quality checked. Fran and Kelly were so nice and helpful.

When I got the car back, it looked better than when I dropped it off. They washed and cleaned it and I couldn't even tell it was in an accident. They matched the color perfectly and did an outstanding job!

The repairs have a lifetime limited warranty which is a perk!

Also, they partner with enterprise and have a hertz on-location in case you need a rental. It was very convenient!

Hopefully I won't need to come back, but if I'm ever in any future accidents, this will be my go-to place!

Really great employees and fast repairs. I had to go out of the country during repair and Alexandra helped me with updates and also kept my car battery charged more than 50% even after being out of the country and taking care of my car Tesla Model 3. Thanks to the Team!

I had a repair done that required going through someone else's insurance. I thought it would be complicated but it could not have been easier. Fran and Kelly knew what they were doing and walked me thought every step regarding the repair and getting a rental car (same building, which was nice). They kept me posted on the progress of the repair. Communication was excellent. The car turned out beautifully! Very happy with the experience.
